It is going well. We signed up for seasonal mowing. They come every 7-10 days. Office personal is great and always call back if needed. They have online bill pay which is great.

It went good. They were on time and professional.

We;ve had some problems lately that haven't been addressed, such as weeds that they are not removing when they come out.

I wanted him to come back to re-do the dandelion treatments and the guy they sent out got in the daisy bed and killed all my daisies. I asked them to send out a manager to take a look at what happened and they sent out a young guy who claimed he was the manager and didn't know a tulip from anything and said that he'd have to talk to his manager about this and I never heard back from anyone. I have decided to give them up as my lawn fertilizer company. The head man has now come out and apologized profusely for the situation and has made everything right.

I would probably try someone else because they did not completely satisfy me. 

I decided to use them again because I was satisfied with their work, they did a good job. What stool out to me the most the first time I used them, was that I saw a progress of not having a lot of mosquitoes. The price was good the first time because I was paying less.

They are pretty good. They are very dependable and it works, I don’t have as much mosquitoes as I used to.

They come out like 4 times a year. They start in June and finish in October. I have been using them for 3 years. I think I pay about $240 because I have a pretty big back yard., it is for them coming out 4 times a year. I don’t have any problem with them, they are pretty good. I used to have mosquitoes bad before they started coming out and it had really been better since they have been coming out. They are very responsive. They don’t call and let me know when they are coming out.

They came to spray our lawn right before it rained. That was the main thing. They came on the late rains of when they said they would come.

I've got the yearly package. I have a big problem with the fact that the weeds and stuff, when they spray, you always have to sometimes call them back and tell them to come back and apply another application. They normally just come out and apply or put whatever they are going to do and then they are gone.

I'm sure I got my money's worth.....NOT, Naturescape came a few days ago the morning of our heaviest frost. I had to tell the tech he couldn't do the application or walk on the frost. He said Naturescape would call to reschedule. No call and they showed up this morning (11/12) during the wind advisory and did their application. I should have read the reviews on Angie's List prior to hiring this company.

It was good.  When I had a problem I called them but they were busy.  They said they would call me back in 72 hours but they never did.  I started using them in the summer of 2014.  The price was good.

I was hesitant from the beginning about purchasing this because I read many reviews stating that they weren't sure if the company had ever come or not.  I should have gone with my instinct.  I called the company before purchasing it, and asked if they could schedule a specific block of time when I would be home.  The lady answering the phone told me no.  I decided not to go with them, but then decided to call back and speak to the manager.  Before I talked to the manager, the lady answering the phone told me that she had already spoken to him and we COULD block out a time.  We have a toddler and dog and are always in our yard, so this was very important for me.  They came the day before our scheduled time, and left a note on the door with the time they had come and a sign in the yard.  Because of this, it prevented us from grilling out that night as planned.  This doesn't seem like a big deal I know, but we are working parents with a toddler so planning family dinners nightly is essential.  The application DID work very well the first time.  The second time they came with no notice during a time it was scheduled to rain for a week.  The application did not work, for obvious reasons.  The last time, I called in advance and left a message saying that we would be out of town and did not want the application done until we returned.  I never received any call back as I requested, and they did come while we were on vacation, although there is no way they did the service as they stated, because our fence was locked the entire time were gone.  The majority of our yard is fenced in with a 6 foot privacy fence.  I called after we got home from vacation because we got a bill, and I never heard back.  My husband called and left a very angry message because we were charged a service charge for not paying the bill while we were on vacation, and he never heard back.  This company will take your money, not do the service, and definitely does not care about you or the quality of the job they do.  I am paying the bill, including the service charge today, because I have never not paid a bill.  I am paying for a service I did not get.

Everything went just fine. No problems-- did just what they said they would do

We pay for the whole season a moth ahead to get $25 off and it is for five or six applications. We have used them for several years now. They are fine with the pricing. I don’t know what their schedule is and they don’t call before they come, they always leave a slip of what they did. In fact, this is the fourth year that we have used them.

We've been client of them for two years. At the end of the second year, during aeration, they damaged our fence and left a note claiming they would get it repaired.
After several months, they stated that they could not find someone to repair the fence and offered a full season of free services. When we followed up this Spring, the manager told us that they would now offer a free aeration and subsequently has not returned any calls. 
We will not be client for a third year!
