Lawn looked good for the first two seasons. I pre-paid the company for six treatments and as of August 15 they have only applied two treatments and it shows. My lawn has never looked worse - bare spots, brown patches, weeds galore!

We have been using Naturalawn for many years and they always do a great job. We chose them because they are the original organic lawn care company and are careful with their applications. They always clean off our driveway and sidewalks after each application. I would highly recommend this company.

Spoke to him on the phone and he sounded rude. He wants to have 2-3 guys do the job and each of them paid $25 an hour. He was grumpy and unprofessional.

Very pleased with the professionalism of Naturalawn of America. This is the first time we used this company and had some requests on when and how the application would be performed. This company met our requests and gave us the Angie's List discount as well. There was a small hiccup on the billing. We requested the bill be either emailed or mailed. The bill was left on our front door in error, yet Mr. Harvey contacted us by phone immediately to apologize for the mistake. We thought that was great customer service. We look forward to working with this company for the 2019 season.

When I hired this company, I asked that they call ahead before coming to apply the periodic treatments because I have to leave the gate open so they can get into the backyard. They have never called ahead of time. My backyard was not treated at all the first two times. The third time, I happened to be home and saw them pull up to my house, so I ran outside to open the gate. They did treat the backyard that time. I have three more treatments on the schedule so I wonder how they will go.

It only took about 2 weeks for the grass seed to germinate.

They do a great job and also don't try to sell me more than I'm asking for. I've had them for years.

Got our first application but the weed killed didn't get it's full chance to do its job due to the frequent rain downpours. Called-- came right out and reapplied the weed killer- no questions asked and no additional charges.

I had hired a 'professional' landscaping company, who had very good Angie's List reviews, to take care of our yard. They had done some work to our landscaping and said they had a lawncare program as well. In spite of the poorly executed landscaping, which the owner continued to tell me "we'll take care of it", I signed up. After watching the landscaper do the lawn care, I could see they were not covering the entire yard. The fellow doing the work was only here about ten minutes and moved awfully fast. I mentioned it to the owner, and it turned out to be him! For several months I went along because the owner kept telling me I had to be patient. The condition of our yard never improved. Terrible broad leaf weeds... no improvement in the grass either. I called NaturaLawn and they came immediately. They were able to treat our lawn within a week, and also treat for a mole problem. Our lawn was 50% better in 1 WEEK, and 100% better in just 3 weeks! The former lawn service had also brought in "top soil" to fill a low area in our yard and had seeded the area. Their top soil was 50% coarse rocks. Their seeding failed miserably. NaturaLawn assisted us in connecting with someone who could bring clean top soil and spread it properly, and seed it, for a fraction of what "former" did. We had grass coming up within a few days and the area was covered and functional within 3 to 4 weeks... the way it should be. NaturaLawn did an excellent job for us and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for honest people doing their work right. Remember, NaturaLawn did not begin work for us until mid-September... and still got our yard straightened out before winter! Excellent results!

The price hasn’t gone up in 4 years. They have been consistent.

They come about 7 times a year. The service is excellent. There are places cheaper but my lawn looks better than my neighbors. One person comes and they have professional equipment. They take 10 minutes and they clean up quite well.

I need to kill the weeds and grow grass. If you have the over seeding it cost more.  The $57 stays the same over the three years.

I didn't find them on Angie's List but I may have looked for feedback. They come out about 5 times a year and we have used them for three years.

They have provided treatments for our lawn and I have to say I had the greenest grass on my court.  Very impressed with the service we received. I have been throwing their name out to my neighbors.  Definitely recommend them!

I was very impressed with the Naturalawn's responsiveness! I placed a quote request at 6am on a Monday morning, and by noon that same day, I had an estimate. I had contacted another company in the Indy area who also specialized in organic lawn care, and it took longer for the other to email me than it did to get the quote for Naturalawn. Less than 2 weeks, and my lawn is already looking so much better! Thank you Naturalawn!

Their services are acceptable, they're fine. We have a small dog and it's all natural so she can be out in the yard without any kind of health problems. They were fine. They are a little bit expensive.
