He opens, closes and maintains the pool. They also power washed the deck and did some maintenance and repair of concrete.

We have used pool companies in the past and never really cared for them....until I found Ernie Myette! He is very knowledgeable and doesn't try to sell you on things you do not need or want. We were ready to drain our pool and start over due to the water issues we were having and Ernie came and knew right away the issue and how to fix it....now our pool is crystal clear and looking wonderful. He is a super nice man and someone you will feel comfortable around and confident it messing with your pool.

Ernie Myette, owner of Myette Enterprises, was referred to us by a family member who is also one of his customers. He's been our and quot;pool guyand quot; since we moved into our new home last year and has done a wide variety of pool work for us, including draining, cleaning, and repainting our pool when we moved in. We had Ernie back out this year to open our pool in April. Knowing that pool opening/closing season is a busy time of the year for any pool service, we made sure to get on his schedule well in advance - almost two months beforehand - and had no trouble getting things done on time.
Overall, we've been very pleased with the service we have received from Ernie.He's very safety conscious and thorough, and anytime he notices something that might become a problem later on, he always brings it to our attention as something we should watch, rather than letting it go. Ernie is extremely knowledgeable about seemingly every aspect of pools, and is more than willing to offer his advice and recommendations, and gives every issue his personal attention. This is something that we genuinely appreciate. While Myette Enterprises is a smaller outfit and lacks the scale and workforce of the big chain pool companies, when dealing w/ Myette Enterprises, we know we are dealing with the owner and not a disinterested subcontractor or seasonal worker. Ernie is very friendly, and is genuinely interested in keeping us happy. We have a very high level of trust in Ernie, and will happily continue to use his service.

He was referred to us by a friend who owns a pool company, but they don't do maintenance or repairs. So they call on him. He has a great reputation and great response time. He is dependable and we enjoy using him. We will use him again in the future.

Ernie is good to work with and a very nice guy. Our concern is that his company is not present weekly (within 7 days) so pool has taken a turn for the worst several times which then makes it more expensive to get fixed (adding chemicals). It happened most recently on this Holiday weekend so we were not able to use the pool on Saturday. It was very frustrating with family in town.

It has been a very good experience. Mr. Myette is very professional, very good and very reliable. He usually calls fifteen to twenty minutes ahead to let us know he is on his way and he always shows up every week. He is very good about explaining things thoroughly if we have questions.

Ernie is easy to work with. He comes on my schedule and does a good job.

Once he gets here, he does good work but, you have to call him a lot to get him to come out.

Mark and his co-worker Karen cleaned out our pool and added chemicals to get our pool ready for summer. Being a first time pool owner, Mark showed me exactly what I needed to do and how to use my pool equipment. He was very patient.

Ernie and his crew drained our 20x40 pool, cleaned, patched and epoxy painted the surface. They did a great job, finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. Our pool now looks better than new! They have also been closing our pool and doing other pool maintenance since 2001.

HE'S REALLY GOOD. HE'S MADE IT AS EASY AS POSSIBLE. VERY ACCOMMODATING. WE'VE USED HIM SINCE 1999 FOR VARIOUS JOBS. IF THERE IS EVER A PROBLEM HE'LL COME BACK AND FIX THE PROBLEM AND KEEPS AT IT UNTIL HE GETS IT RIGHT. I HAVE NEVER FELT LIKE I'VE BEEN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. HE ALSO DOES OTHER TYPES OF WORK. GOOD AT FIXING PROBLEMS. GREAT HANDYMAN.
