Excellent!! I can’t say enough good things about these men. They worked under terrible heat and humidity, never stopping. I was amazed at how quickly they loaded my two storage units. I would hire them again I’m a heartbeat! Thank you all for your getting me moved.

The movers were on time and very professional. They were very efficient and made sure to check in with me on any items they were unsure of. The apartment parking lot was a tight fit but they made sure to be courteous to my neighbors while also making sure everything was moved properly and quickly. Would definitely hire again on my next move.

We were very pleased with how the day went. They helped my husband get a large cabinet unscewed from the wall & also moved a small refrigerator up from the basement to the garage at our new place. Everything was explained to us ahead of time & we had everything marked that was to go to the new house, so they just dove in. We had several smaller file cabinets that the movers just grabbed (full) & got them on the trucks. They just kept working until the job was done. Thank you, My Movers!

I put out a request for quotes (via Angie's List) and two of the three companies got back to me. My Movers was not only quick to respond, they were much more detailed in their estimate and offered a phone number for me to call for further clarifications. And this was on a Saturday morning of the Memorial Day Weekend! Their estimate was not the least but I felt it was the most realistic and in the end, they were only a couple of hundred off the final bill. And they did a lot of work moving a 2400 sq. ft. townhouse in Fishers to a 2400 sq. ft. condo on the Indianapolis north side. They called me a day ahead of time to make sure we were still on and texted me when they were on their way. The three showed up on time with a 26 foot truck and went straight to work after a walk through. I stayed at the townhouse to await the cleaning crew while my wife led them to the condo. These guys were pros. They took care of our stuff, placed it where we wanted and were accommodating and pleasant every step of the way. And here's what's important to me. We had an issue with our complicated bed frame. Thomas, one of the two brothers who own the business, almost joyfully came back a few days later, took the entire frame apart and put it back together. It's now perfect. I'd highly recommend My Movers to anyone.

I was very impressed with My Movers. They moved our family of 5 out in 1 day using 5 team members. These guys worked tirelessly, put up with a few (hey can we change where this sits) adjustments, remained positive, and had a very professional bearing. These guys showed up on time, communicated their arrival beforehand, and worked for 13 hours. They worked well as a team and genuinely cared about our belongings. This is just one example, but they were very careful to painstakingly set up our California king master bed (which is not easy) so that it was stable and in the exact spot my wife wanted it. They disassembled various items to get them in the new house and then carefully reassembled them. I also felt the value was good. If you are moving, you should definitely consider My Movers.

Great experience. They came in and started loading. They were able to get everything in the truck, which we were concerned might not fit. They packed the truck well! The 2 guys were friendly (can't remember their names) and professional.

It went extremely well. They were done in less than an hour and so I felt the price was too high. It was the minimum for two hours so there was nothing to do about it, but they were excellent...very careful and efficient in a slight mist of rain.

What a fantastic experience! From the outset, the person who took my call and scheduled the moving appointment was friendly and professional. He walked through all of the applicable fees and what we could expect from the moving crew. The night before our original appointment, due to an ice storm, we called to reschedule our move. We had assumed we'd have to pay a rescheduling fee and get stuck with an inconvenient time, but, again, our contact was courteous and helpful. We rescheduled the move for the following weekend with no hassle or additional fee. On the morning of the move, the crew was punctual, polite, and well mannered. The foreman walked through the contract and took a few minutes to assess the boxes and furniture that needed to be moved. Throughout the day, the guys worked very hard, asked appropriate questions, and handled our furniture and other items with care . After seeing them in action for a while, we even trusted them to move our artwork and fragile items, which we had originally planned to move ourselves. When they got to our new house, we discussed where everything would go. They laid down mats and covers, where appropriate, to minimize tracking snow and dirt into the house. They properly set up any furniture that had to be disassembled, and were careful not to damage anything. After they left, I did a thorough walk-through of the house and didn't notice any damage to the walls, floors, or any of my items. I was thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend My Movers!

It went well - timely and smoothly.

The movers were very nice and personable. Did not stop for the entire day other than for lunch. There were a few scratches on items that were not there before - nothing major. My only recommendation would be for the movers to wear gloves. Many of the items were dusty and rubbed off on the furniture. Between the sweating and dust - some of the furniture had to be cleaned.

Excellent service, 3rd man sent (for free) because of a later job meant they finished exactly within a 2 hour time-frame. Men were nice, prompt, friendly, could not ask for better. The lead man was very knowledgeable and helped navigate a tricky doorway/refrigerator move. They also took time to arrange things they way I wanted. Would definitely use them again.

It went better than we had expected. They were very careful with everything and helped assemble our furniture. Very polite and so kind. We have already recommended them twice and will do so in the future.

After living in the same house for 23 years, my wife and I wanted to find the right company to accommodate our move to a new home. After interviewing several moving companies, we selected My Movers. On the morning of the move, the co-owner Thomas called to say the crew would arrive a little late due to mechanical difficulties with the truck. A short while later, Mark called to say he and James were on their way to start moving items into the garage as a staging area until the big truck arrived. When Henry (the other co-owner) arrived with the transport truck, he, Mark and James started to work their magic. They moved seamlessly, like they had orchestrated the move in their minds before their arrival. Everything was going smoothly until time to disassemble two bed frames. Whoever assembled the bed frames used long bolts and cut them off in the back. Now those bolts would not come loose and the crew was concerned about damaging the headboards if they resorted to brute force to remove the bolts. That is when they brainstormed using a Dremel to remove the stubborn bolts. I rushed to the hardware store, secured the Dremel, and then Mark worked carefully and meticulously to release the headboards from the clutches of the shorn-off bolts. I believe any other moving company would have said to contact the retail store that assembled the headboards to come and undo their mess—but not the guys at My Movers—they looked for a creative solution to get everything out of the house and onto the truck. Once we arrived at our new home, the three-man crew picked up steam (they literally ran from the house back to the truck on the street) and carefully moved every item into the house and positioned it in place—including putting on the new and properly sized headboard bolts and nuts. When we had a large desk and lateral that needed to be reassembled, they diligently worked until every drawer was properly aligned. There was no damage to any of our household items, and even a discount was given because they had gotten off to a slow start that morning with the truck battery problem. We made the right choice by contracting with My Movers to take care of our personal items and to transport them with kid glove care. Hopefully, we won’t be moving for at least another decade, but if we do, we will be sure to call Henry and Thomas—two brothers who take much pride in their workmanship!

This company is great! Henry came out and did an onsite estimate. He was friendly, punctual and helpful. When the first moving day arrived, the crew was super. They hardly ever walked, they hustled. They were cheerful and happy to help with everything that needed to be moved. They stayed late to get everthing accomplished. We did a second move after our original house sold and they also took care of this. Again- a great crew and experience. On a scale of 1-5, I would give them a 6.

Very efficient & hard working

They did an excellent job, We had no job whatsoever. They went above and beyond by delivering my items to 3 different locations. They were able to navigate some narrow areas that I didn't think they were going to make. The price was good and the workers were always agreeable about getting the work.
