Excellent! Brian gave us a detailed quote, scheduled the installation and his 2 installers promptly arrived on the date/time agreed upon. His technician was very knowledgeable about the camera and monitor.

I was in a rush and they came right out and installed an alarm system for me. They were very satisfactoriy.

The job they did went very well. They just went step by step, and so we didn't have any trouble getting anything installed. They are honest and local. They are quick to respond. We will use their services again in the future.

Overall it went very well. I am not sure if their price was the best, but they were professional. They showed up on time. They upgraded a system that we had and had to replace a lot of things.

The owner was professional, gave us a clear understanding of what we needed, did not try to sell any extras. The installers were punctual, neat, professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous.

In terms of home security, this is the best company and service in Indianapolis. They were able to install the system in a challenging setting in a house with plaster walls. The service was excellent, workers were knowledgeable and courteous.

Since our alarm was erroring and "chirping" they were able to come out the next day to help us. Mike from Multiguard replaced the CPU battery, tested the system, changed the codes and gave us a demonstration of how the system should work. He was very informative and helpful and we really appreciated his professionalism.

Multiguard's president gave me the initial home inspection and presentation. After comparing to other offers I chose Multiguard and scheduled the system installation. During installation the technicians and I discussed some additional options and they were added on the spot. The system is now operational and exceeds the capabilities of other competitors for equivalent cost. I am very pleased with the system, the sales personnel, and especially the technicians.

Overall it went very very well. I heard about them through word of mouth through others and they did an awesome job. I was robbed and the next day I called them and they were very sensitive to my feelings and came out right away and installed the system.

The installation and the ongoing monitoring have been a very positive association. In the spring one of our back doors, although closed, was not locked. A customer walked in the back door, unaware that we were closed. The alarm was tripped, and I received a call at home within a very few minutes. I met the deputy sheriff at the site, and we were able to determine that everything was okay. I was pleased to know that the system worked just as advertised.

THEY TOOK THE INITIATIVE ON THEIR OWN TO COME OUT AND CHECK THE SYSTEM AND MAKE SURE WE WERE OK.
