Their quote included replacing any bad studs in the garage since there was rotting in the old garage. They didn't need to replace any however they did have to replace some rafters for which they charged me extra. They didn't give me credit for the studs they didn't have to replace. The house was peeling pretty bad but they only did a very quick ''once over'' which didn't come close to getting all of the peeling paint and painted right over it. They weren't going to power wash the dirt off before painting but I had to push for that. When I complained about painting over the peeling paint they acted like they didn't understand why I was complaining? They came back and re-did the worst parts (not all). They replaced some concrete steps but their forms were crooked thus the steps are crooked in several directions. They said they re-poured the same way they were before. NO-NO-NO!!! They reconfigured the gutters which is still not correct. They said ''That's the way they were before NO-NO-NO

"WE WERE VERY SURPRISED TO SEE THIS CLIENT GIVE THIS REPORT. THE HOUSE IS EVERY OLD AND HAD MANY MANY LAYERS OF PAINT. IT WAS GOING TO NEED TO BE SAND BLASTED TO GET IT ALL OFF BUT HE DID NOT WANT TO PAY THAT COST. WE DID POWER WASH THE HOUSE AND WENT BACK OVER IT SEVERAL TIMES SCRAPING IT, TRYING TO GET THE WORST OF IT. THE GUTTERS WERE NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY IN THE FIRST PLACE, WE INSTALLED THEM PROPERLY. THE MEMBER DID HAVE SOME VALID COMPLAINTS, WE WENT BACK AND TOOK CARE OF ALL OF HIS CONCERNS, DID NOT CHARGE HIM FOR SOME OF THE WORK WE DID AND GAVE HIM A SIZABLE BREAK ON THE REST. HE SAID HE WAS SATISFIED AND WE THOUGHT THAT WAS THAT. IMAGINE HOW SHOCKED WE WERE TO SEE THIS REPORT FROM HIM. I AM SORRY HE FEELS THIS WAY. WE PRIDE OUR SELVES ON DOING QUALITY WORK AND MAKING THE CUSTOMER HAPPY. WE HAVE MANY REPEAT CUSTOMERS AND 90% OF OUR NEW BUSINESS COMES BY REFERRAL."
