Real Estate Service
Kathy was a fantastic realtor. Extremely knowledgeable about the entire process and a great negotiator. She was always quick to respond to my emails and texts and phone calls and kept us in the loop throughout. She was able to help us negotiate some necessary repairs for the house we purchased.
Even better, MS Woods offers a cash kickback to buyers (and sellers, if you go with their company to list your house). I received $1,000 of her 3.5% commission and it went straight on the HUD-1 closing statement, put toward my closing costs.
She made a stressful process go smoothly and I would absolutely recommend contacting Kathy if you are buying or selling a house. Prior to working with her, I had called a few other agents and was disappointed in their slow responses, or not being knowledgeable about Indiana first-time homebuyer funds (agents don't need to know all of the details, I think, but they SHOULD know that these programs exist!). I even had an agent pass me off because my price range wasn't high enough for her. Oh well.
So yeah. Call Kathy.
