Mosier Landscape

They always kept the site spotless and removed anything not being used. They were easy to work with and extremely polite and answered any questions we had. We would use Mosier Lawns for any hardscape project and we would call them again if we have a need for another project. We will probably call them to help with spring cleanup and work on our existing landscape beds.

It costs $50 per treatment. It's not a scheduled treatment. They come whenever they come.

They completely skipped the fall lawn treatment. When I called, they said they were too busy and couldn't do it. They finally did the winter treatment, but all nitrogen - no phosphorous or potassium. I complained and paid only $25. The owner called me and claimed it was against the law to use phosphorous or potassium. He also demanded the remaining $39.20. I finally decided to just pay and be done with them.

After 3 months, I've yet to receive the promised estimate. My lawn is practically a blank slate, with a large flat back yard and plenty of room to work. The house is about 8 years old. I requested an estimate on the cost and design for a cobblestone or hardscape patio to surround an existing deck. I mentioned that it would be fine to take all summer before actually breaking ground on the job as I would like to have the patio ready for my daughter's graduation next May. Despite this, Josh promised to have an estimate back to me within a week of our meeting. After about 2 months, I received no word from him at all. I called and left at least 2 messages and sent at least 2 e-mails to Mosier and have not even received the courtesy of a call back telling me that they would not work on my yard. I received no response at all from all these efforts. I am giving a D rating for Responsiveness (instead of F) because, despite the fact that he's yet to follow up on the estimate, he initially contacted me soon after we met at the Flower and Patio Show. This accounts for some good service, I believe. I am giving a C rating for Professionalism (instead of F) because, had he lived up to his promise of delivering the estimate even within a month of the meeting, I would have given an A for he was courteous and thoughtful when he did visit my home.

Mosier has been cutting our grass for the last three years, is reliable, reasonably priced, and the quality of the work is good to excellent. They have also put down mulch and done some general landscaping in the past.

Found them on Angie's List with coupon for free first treatment.Called for estimate, which was reasonable.They have applied 3 treatments so far, and in spite of heat and no rain, lawn is weed free.

Professional and on time. Willing to work with the customer on what budget you have. They come up with recommendations and ideas to help out.

We have been using Mosier for three summers. They are dependable, easy to work with, great about responding to emails and phone calls, and priced fairly. We're very happy with them and will continue to use them!

I called and spoke with a "live" human-being asking for Mosier to come out and give me an estimate for annual lawn service. I was told that they were busy, but that someone would be out and I would hear back with an estimate. Never heard word one from this company again. They had advertised in our neighborhood extensively.

Mosier Lawns went out of their way to provide me with a competitive price on weekly mowing and 3 edging throughout the summer season. Like clockwork, they do a neat and professional job. Our yard is one of the best manicured lawns in our neighborhood thanks to Mosier Lawns. We are extremely happy with their work.

These guys are great! Three brothers who (a few years ago) offered to mow our yard as neighborhood teens with a mower. Each year they've returned they've added things like a business license (LLC), professional landscaping, lawn equipment and a truck and trailer. These brothers have literally grown themselves a business and it's been fun watching it happen. They are reliable, energetic, hard working and professional young men who have taken their focus very seriously. They've added education and certification in their field and are very capable and reliable. We might have been one of their first customers and they do a great job for us. They keep tabs on our yard all season and show up when it's time for the next service. We never call...we just enjoy not worrying about it and drop them a check in the mail. They have added a great website and newsletter this year to their business and I've just noticed I can make payments online. I might take advantage of that too and highly recommend them to anyone. We have a fairly small yard. My estimated cost is for approximately four services a month, and that of course varies.
