Monica could teach a class on how to treat clients! The atmosphere is always perfect and she pays each client the special attention the need. My nails looks great--even between appointments! Everyone wants to know "who does your nails?" She never forgets your favorite colors, how you like your nails shaped, length, etc. Even the ambiance is perfect with the kind of music the customer prefers. No matter how hectic your day, time spent at Monicure Palace always leaves you in a pleasant mood and looking great! There is no better place in town and no one beats Monica's level of professionalism!

I wanted to add to my previous review after some time has passed...Monica provided a great service! The proof is in the duration! My regular manicure lasted, in top form, a good week +! Pedi still looks good. Here's the bonus comment...I purchased her sugar scrub and used it not only on myself, but on my husband and HE LOVED IT!!! I followed it with a hand massage. He said, "You're gonna have to use that on my feet and maybe my whole body!"  Her product is amazing!

Monica is very professional and responsive.  She does a fabulous job!  She tries very hard to please.

Monica is a true professional and just a lovely person!  She agreed to accommodate me temporarily when my downtown spa location suddenly closed earlier this year and the manicurist I had been seeing for many years not yet located another place to provide her services.  My previous person is opening her own place but the opening has been delayed.  Monica continues to go above and beyond to get me in (even on short notice) despite her very busy schedule. She truly understands the importance of the manicurist-client relationship. What a gem!!!  Even when I transition back to my previous person, I will continue to go to Monica to buy her self-made all natural body scrubs...they are really EXCELLENT! Meeting Monica and finding those wonderful scrubs have been a delightful gift out of this whole experience!

Monica is always on time for her clients and helpful in selecting colors.  She understands the demands on her customers--some cannot wear too daring a polish because of the work we do.  So, Monica is very thoughtful when making recommendations about colors.  She is extremely friendly and because she doesn't overbook, each client gets her full attention.  She works like an artist on each nail to ensure it is perfect.  It's a great pampering experience. Everything, from the soothing music (she makes sure the music is what the customer likes), to the no-rush atmosphere to the bottle of water or juice offered makes each visit a wonderful, peaceful and pleasant experience.  I can't imagine going anywhere else!

If you ever want to have the best pedicure and manicure of your life, go to Monica. Her customer service is top notch. I have been going to her for over 8 years, and each time Monica pampers me, and makes sure that I am completely satisfied with my services. She asks if I am comfortable, what music I want to listen to, if I want something to drink, if the water temp is good, and if I have any areas on my hands or feet she should address or be careful around. Her attention to detail is phenomenal. She has a separate set of emery boards and buffers for each client and she meticulously cleans and sterilizes her equipment. She remembers details of previous services and would your life. Her concern for each customer as a person really shows. She allows her customers to book appointments online in 3 month increments which is super convenient. Her sugar scrubs are great and really keep my hands and rough feet smooth. Bottom line, if you want the best nails in town, Monicure Palace is the only place!

Monica worked me in to her schedule with perfect timing for me. She so sweet and nice, friendly and smart. I enjoyed talking with her! She is so careful and meticulous in everything she does. She is passionate about her work and takes pride in it. I also liked that she is pretty much a one woman show so it was nice and quiet and not one of those big nail shops that have those horrible chemical fumes. I highly recommend Monica!

Monica made me feel like I was queen for a day. My toes are now beautiful and so are my feet. Monica gave great attention to the details of my cuticles, softening my heels and feet, the temperature of the soak, and the ingredients of the products she uses, some of which she mixes herself. She did a beautiful job shaping and painting the nails as well.  I've never had such a wonderful pedicure.  She took her time and did a great job.

This was without a doubt, the best pedicure I've ever had!  Monica is a skilled professional with a wonderful personality.  She is meticulous and takes pride in the service she delivers.  I'm looking forward to my next pedicure with her!

This was my third visit to Monicure Palace.  For services like this I wait until I've had several visits before giving a review.  Monica has consistently given me good service.  She is professional, very knowledgeable about her craft, friendly and very thorough.  Each time I have left her shop I have been more than pleased.  It's also noteworthy that she's does more than what you would expect which adds a special pampered touch.  I love my nails and I'm hooked. Monicure Palace is my go to nail salon from here on out.

On this visit I had a pedicure.  I have been a client for several years having both pedicures and manicures.  It's always a relaxing experience--feels like an hour vacation.  Monica always has extreme attention to detail and she obviously loves what she does.  I would highly recommend her for your nail care.

Monica is very well trained and professional.  She is always completely focused on her clients needs.  I came in without toenail polish and she took the time to paint my toes for me, knowing I hate doing it myself!  In a previous appointment, I had the best pedicure I have ever had!  She is awesome!

Monica was very pleasant although very pricey and I realized when I got home the pedicure was incomplete.  I believe Monica was in a hurry to leave as I was her last appointment of the day.
