MOLLY MAID of North, South & West Indy

I recieved services from Molly Maid for 10 months and was very disappointed in their services. During several of their visits, they would very clearly miss something obvious - for example, cleaning the bathtub, cleaning an empty kitchen sink, vacuuming, etc.. It became clear that if the maids didn't think an item looked dirty, they wouldn't clean it. Their Guarantee of Service was disappointing as they were not welcoming of feedback and the same items kept being missed over and over again. It seems hard to find a good cleaning service, so I wanted to let everyone know to pass on Molly Maid.

They come once a month. It's a condo. Some days they might be an A and some days they might be a C. They call me to tell me the day they are coming. I give them a key to get in and they come and go as they please.

They're terrific. I'd give them an A on every point.  I tried several other companies before trying them and I would give them an A on everything. I've used them about two years now.  They really know what they are doing.

They are average. They come when they say they are going to come and they are there and the service is average.

The cleaners from Molly Maids work hard, are nice, and always do an excellent job!

The ladies that clean our house are very friendly; we have popped in a time or two in the middle of the cleaning. They are comfortable with our dog?s which is a plus for us. We always come home to a note on the counter letting us know who cleaned the house and our next schedule appointment date. We receive a text message the day before our cleaning as a reminder of scheduled service. Additional or add on services (special request) are welcome with advance notice.

It didn't go very well. I probably won't use them again. It wasn't explained what they would or wouldn't do, they weren't very clear about that. It wasn't what I expected and they didn't offer to make it right or come clean again either.

She is a hot head. She called me up and tried to chew me up. She said she was mad and she was comletely wrong. She tried to tell me that I didn't pay when I clearly did. I gave the check to the maid like I was supposed to do. She called me again and said that she found it. She sent me a plastic coffee cup and never apologized. She did it again this morning and chewed me out over the phone. She accused me of all these improprieties. This is a repeated pattern. The maid stole my mother's bracelet about 7 weeks ago. They only gave back 50% of the value of the bracelet. Rebecca called my mother a liar in her own house, several times. I have dismissed their service after seven years.

They charged $130 for the services. Overall I would give them an 'A'.

Satisfactory - no story.

I have been using Molly Maid for 2 years to clean every 2 weeks. After most cleanings the house looks great, but after some, not so much. Today after the 2-person crew left, I found piles (literally PILES) of dog hair on the vinyl chair mat in my office. This area has been discussed with the crew in the past, as being an area that requires special attention. Complaints on other occasions have been beds haphazardly made, with coverlets left askew, or a piece of furniture overlooked in the dusting. Generally, my cleanings go okay. It's the occasions when I have to redo a bed or get the sweeper out after they've left that make me think I should find another service.

They are prompt and always show up on time. They are very thorough and do great work. The women that come over are also very pleasant and easy to work with. If I ask them to do something extra they will always do it with no problems. I am very pleased with their service.

Two people came. They worked together in one bathroom for quite some time then one went to another area to work. I believe they spent too much unproductive time when working together. What they did, they did pretty well. I did not care for the way the kitchen floor was cleaned. I had expected it to be mopped better than just a swifter-like tool used. i believe the rate charged is way too high for the amound of work accomplished.

Molly Maids has done a thorough, professional job cleaning my home. After the estimate, the first visit was a 4-5 hour thorough cleaning. Since then, they come every two weeks and dust, wash, and mop. They will clean windows for an additional fee. If something is not cleaned right the first time, they guarantee that they will come out and fix it. I have always been satisfied with my clean, but it's good to know that Molly Maids will make it right if I am ever dissatisfied.

The level of communication is great. Their commitment to excellence is wonderful. The same two women have been cleaning my house the whole time which shows that they are an excellent employer as well. I would definitely recommend them to others.

They do an excellent job of cleaning your house. It was a positive experience with them. We will definitely use them again in the future.
