MILL END DRAPERIES

Their pricing has always been reasonable. They take time to make them of course, but they always deliver as promised. I've always been real satisfied with them.

They were all excellent and helpful in the store. I took home lots of samples of fabric many times. Then once I was fairly certain what I wanted, Denise came out to the house, confirmed my decision and helped me choose the design that would best fit. Very professional and helpful. It took 7 weeks to get everything made. They called and put it up as scheduled. Valance had a large floral print and everything matched with the folds just like I knew it would. Good job!

I received an estimate for new cushions for our sofas and decided not to have the cushions replaced after finding out the price.

They were wonderful! The sales person Denise came out to our house about three different times working with us on different colors and patterns until we were sure what we wanted. She never pushed us or rushed us on our decision. She was very conscientious with our budget. The overall work now looks perfect.

Very prompt. Good workmanship. I particularly liked the fabric they used for the drapes.

Denise came out to measure all the windows and gave me an estimate. She was very thorough and answered all my questions. The installer also did a very nice job.

Great work. Drapery and bed skirt are beautiful and very well made.

They do have great service and are a bit pricey. They were ready two weeks early which was really exciting. They have worked with us all the way.

QUOTE FOR UPHOLSTERING CHAIR AND OTTOMAN WAS $750 EVEN AFTER I PURCHASED FABRIC FROM THEM. PRICE EXTREMELY HIGH, I WENT ELSEWHERE. PROCESS OF OBTAINING QUOTE AND FABRIC WAS A+, JUST THE PRICE WAS "OUT OF SIGHT".

WE RECEIVED TERRIBLE MERCHANDISE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM MILL END. SOME OF THE DRAPERIES HAD TO BE SENT BACK BECAUSE THEY HAD BEEN INCORRECTLY MADE. THEY HAD BEEN POORLY SOWN. MILL END''S WORK CREW ALSO COULD NOT SEEM TO HANG THE SHADES SO THAT THEY WERE NOT CROOKED. WHEN WE ASKED THEM TO REHANG THEM, MILL END''S WORKERS WERE AMONG THE RUDEST WHOM I HAVE ENCOUNTERED. THEY REFUSED TO REHANG THEM UNTIL WE INSISTED. THEY TOLD US THAT GETTING SHADES TO HANG CORRECTLY WAS JUST A MATTER OF LUCK AND THAT IT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT THAT OURS WERE CROOKED. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. WE HAD THE REST OF OUR DRAPES THAT WERE MADE BY MILL END HUNG BY SOMEONE ELSE JUST SO THAT WE DID NOT HAVE TO HAVE THESE PEOPLE BACK IN OUR HOUSE.

THEY WERE 1/2 THE PRICE FROM AERO DRAPERIES FOR THE SAME TREATMENT/ FABRICS.

PURCHASED SHADES THROUGH THEM AND HAD NUMEROUS PROBLEMS. COULD NOT GET A COMMITMENT OUT OF THEM TO WHEN THEY WOULD BE OUT TO FIX. ALSO, WAITED VERY LONG TIME FOR WARRANTY. FINALLY RESOLVED.
