MILESTONE CONTRACTORS LP

1. Approached contractor and person who handles cases first due to burst 8" water main that flooded my home and destroyed vapor barrier and flooded crawl space under same. Filled crawl space with sewage as well. Destroyed sump pump. All parties for Milestone pointed fingers to it being the cities fault despite them driving over a heavy equipment over area where pipe had burst . Dismissed out of hand . 2. I had to ask contractor to have temporary gravel added to one or both sides of U shaped driveway so I could use them. This was done. Several weeks later they not only failed to not notify me of both my driveways being blocked while paving. This left me with no way to move heavy materials from my outbuildings for construction work and sales. When paving was done Milestone added gravel to all other driveways on the street in every place except mine for over 3 weeks beginning on Sept 20th. Documented with photographs and pictures of me using gravel from my driveway to hand shovel to make up 6" difference so one side of driveway usable on Oct 13th. Called project manager on morning of Oct 14th and gave her rundown on problem. I was advised to call someone else but I do not feel this is my problem. I feel that I should not have to beg a second time for driveway access.! Others beside my neighbor and I had access to their driveways as soon as paving/ concrete cured several weeks ago. Never returned call nor did they add any gravel to drive that day . 3 . No silt barriers in front of house despite 2 foot differential in grade. Silt is washing under home every time it rains. Silt washing into nearby creek. Idem will be notified soon. Trash and candy and food wrappers and plastic bottles left in tree plot area in front of home and witnessed by neighbor , have photos.
