They dependable. Good service, Very reasonable price I got 3 estimates.

I was there in June of 2016.  It cost $60. 

I take my vehicle to Midas.  I would not use them in the future.

They were very nice and punctual with my car. I was hoping to get lunch soon and they were finished within 20 minutes.
I waited in their waiting room lobby which was fine.

Another garage gave me a lower quote, but it was going to take them several days to get the replacement muffler. I tried a dealership, but they wanted $1200! so I consider the Midas quote of $350 to be very reasonable. Midas was able to get a new muffler the next day. Unlike some muffler replacements mine required cutting and welding, so I needed a shop that had the equipment to do that type of work, which the Midas shop had.
I took my car in on a Friday. They did an inspection and determined that the rest of the exhaust system was fine, it was just the muffler that needed to be replaced. They ordered the replacement muffler and I made an appointment for the next day to have it installed.
I showed up the next date at the scheduled time and they told me that the tech was busy working on another car and it would take 2 -3 hours instead of the original 1 hour to finish the job on my car. I had already planned on leaving my car there, so it was not really a big deal. If I had been planning to wait for it then I might have been upset.
I found a coupon on the midas.com website for $50 off, so that cut the total price down from $350 to $300.
The overall experience was very positive. When the car was on the rack they showed me the rusted out muffler and explained exactly what they were going to do. The answered all my questions clearly and accurately and also explained the warranty coverage. There was no unexpected charges on the final bill, and a peak under my car showed that they did a quality welding job.

Stopped in for an estimate earlier in the week and they had to order the parts. I could have had the work done later that same day but elected to come back three days later. Other than having to wait 20 minutes beyond my appointment time before they started on the car everything went well and I spent around an hour and twenty minutes at Midas . Noise is gone.

I dropped my car off at 8am on a Saturday morning with an estimate that it wouldn't be looked at until 2:30pm the same day, no appointment. I was contacted around 11am with an estimate on repairs and the work that needed completed. The work was finished by 1:30pm the same day. They even noticed that my LED bar on the rear of my car was out and tried to replace it for a minimal fee but they didn't have the part available to do it, but made sure I knew it needed fix. For a Saturday morning with no appointment I was very pleased with the turn around time on my brake service. They were kind, didn't try to mess around with adding services I didn't need, and were very professional.

The service was performed ina timely manner and I was made aware of the issues before any repairs were made. The serviceman was able to perform the crucial repairs and still stay within my budget. I did experience irregular sounds coming from the brakes after the repairs were completed, but after a return visit the issue was easily corrected.

Great service, work done when promised, no over sell, polite, final price slightly lower than quoted.

I knew that I was going to need new rotors from the last time I had my breaks replaced. They had started squeaking while I was traveling the week before. I was able to call Midas, get in the same day for an oil change and replacement for my breaks. The front office worker gave my a coupon for the oil change and the mechanics performed an inspection before any work on my breaks was done. they also told me some future needs that my car would need but were not necessary immediately. I was happy to have the service completed the same day and haven't had an issue since.

I was very pleased with their service. The staff was very professional and I left there feeling like I was not ripped off especially being a woman. They changed the muffler in addition they conducted inspections on the rear brakes and fluids. They found no problems with either one. I was not convinced so they conducted a thorough inspection, in which they could not find a problem. I now take all my car services and issues, if applicable, to Midas.

The tech who worked on my car had owned the same model and was VERY familiar with how the car should function so I felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing. The staff were pleasant, courteous and honored the estimate they gave me. When I forgot my $30 off coupon, they gave me 2 free oil change vouchers!

I just had THE BEST experience with Midas! I had randomly gone to this location because I had just been told by a competitior that their wait was too long. I just happened to pull up to this location and am so glad I did! I was greeted by a wonderfully friendly and professional man named Marshall. He asked me what I needed, said great and offered to brew a fresh pot of coffee for me! Not only that, but the competitor that I have been going to for years usually charges me $50-$60 for this same inspection. Midas only charged me $19.95 plus tax for everthing! I was SHOCKED. I thanked Marshall and he continued to be very personable with me. Less than 20 minutes later, I was good to go. Not only that, but their waiting room, bathroom and chairs were spotless. If you go to this location ask for Marshall. He will take care of you. Sorry for the competitor, but Midas has just made a loyal customer of me!

This was my first time going to Midas and I was very impressed. I had a coupon for an oil change and never felt like I had to buy more services as I have at other oil change places. I was told that the initial wait time was 30 minutes, but they got the car done in 20. Was very pleased.

I have been using their services for about twenty five years. I will not go anywhere else. They are so knowledgeable and efficient. They will not try to sell me anything I do not need. They accommodate my special needs.

Courteous and professional. Tried to help with the price but it was a specialized part and they couldn't do much. I took it elsewhere and was told the trouble was a flange; total cost under $100. I'll go back to Midas for the service, when I know its something routine.
