We discussed the project and the amount of wallpaper required weeks before the job based on measured drawings and the exact specifications of the paper. The price quoted ($450) was more than all the others quoted but I decided to go with them anyway based on our conversations. Two days before the install, I got a call that they were concerned that there might not be enough paper after all. Since I couldn't do anything about getting more of a special order paper over the weekend (and it seemed very wasteful to order more expensive wallpaper that we didn't actually need), I agreed to take a chance that there would be enough to go ahead with the job. I figured we could always come back and finish up later easily enough. When they arrived and did their onsite calculations, sure enough we were short. They did not install any wallpaper. At this point, I was informed that there would be *another* $150 trip charge to come out a second time. I feel like that information should have been provided to me at the time of our initial discussions, to be weighed against the additional cost of purchasing more wallpaper upfront. When I went to discuss this unexpected fee with them, their attitude was extremely unprofessional and included some very un-Christian personal remarks about my character. They blamed me for everything, despite the fact that they had all the information about my job upfront and never once said that there would be an additional fee. I paid them for their time, even though they wasted *my* time, but would never recommend them to anyone else. Their arrogance and insulting attitude was unmatched. Buyer beware!

Mike and Shari did a great job. They even cleaned all the light fixtures as they painted the ceilings. They replaced the light bulbs and replaced the smoke alarm so we would not have to get on a ladder. The job was started and completed on time, and they were very professional while in our home. Our furniture was moved as needed so the painting could be done and it was put back where we wanted it, not necessarily were it was before the painting. Super nice people as well as excellent painters.

Michael and his wife came out and gave me an estimate on how much paper to buy and at that time we schedule the appointment They we're prompt and on time and did a great job and cleaned up afterwards.

They did a beautiful job. They are very nice and easy to work with, very accomadating and they even repaired a few things for us.

We would highly recommend them to others. We paid between $200 and $300 on that work and our experience with them was excellent. They came in and did the work and cleaned up, and I wouldn’t have known that they were here. They treated our home as if it was theirs and I was extremely pleased with them. I would use them again in the future.

Very well. Shari called the day before the work was to be done to confirm that they'd do the work the next day. The work was done as per the quotation, and as always, the quality of the work was excellent. This is the fourth or fifth time that we have worked with Mike and Shari, and we have been pleased each time. We recommend them without hesitation.
