Went well, I would use them again

I go down and drop my car off. They do it the next day and I pick up the car. I know the guys well, it's a real small shop. They all do mechanic work, reasonable prices, and I really trust the guy that runs the place .

The belt was replaced & there has been absolutely no problem since! Michael is so good about calling me when a job is done, so I can pick the car up. If he says it'll be done by an approximate time, it'll be done! And correctly--the 1st time. I trust him. My Family trusts him. That means SO much to me, when it comes to knowing my car is repaired correctly, & that I'm not being overcharged.

I have been going to him ever since I moved here 3 years ago. I am very pleased. I think the service is excellent.  I think that Michael, I don't even know if the guy name is Michael. But there is 2 people there that I know I have seen. A father and a son. They are very confident. They are very easy to get along. I think they are honest. If they can't fix it they will tell you. If it doesn't really need what you think it need, they will tell you. I highly, highly recommended them. I would grade them excellent overall. I have never gone with a sophisticated problem that will require fixing a computer or anything like that on the car. They are very, very reasonable.

The service was quality. They are very prompt. The workers and staff is very good. He always surprises me on the price, when I get the bill, it is always very low.

My Mazda 3 started screeching when I drove it. I saw that Michael's was right around the corner which I thought would be nice because I wouldn't have to drive far to get work done. I asked around and saw that they had good reviews on Angie's List. Everything that I heard was good. I called in on Friday may 2nd and they said to bring it in and they would be happy to look it over. I dropped it off Monday morning and received a phone call around 2pm that they have finished with it. Turns out that the rubbing was from a bent brake guard. They were able to bend it back and I haven't had any issue since then. They were straight forward and honest about the problem. They were very professional and easy to work with. I will be going back to them in the future.

Mike checked the engine & ran a diagnostic test regarding an engine light that kept coming on. He also replaced 2 wiper blades. Michael is thorough & trustworthy & has always done great work on the cars I've owned. I've been a satisfied customer for 15+ years. From changing the oil, to fixing a flat tire, to engine problems---he's done it all, with professionalism. In business with him, is his Son, whom Michael has taught well to care about his customers, & to do a job right (the 1st time).

My car has been hesitating and running inconsistently. Mike thought the 6th cylinder looked dirty, and that it might not be getting the fuel it needs. He poured in a cleaner and told me to let him know if the problem recurs.

WOW - - I really like this place.  Not only are they a few blocks from my house but they are super nice.  It is a small shop -- only a father and son work there.  They could have easily told me my overheating issue was more than it was.  In the end it turned out to be a tube was not clamped properly causing a leak of antifreeze.   Very honest - - I am so glad I found them. 

Everything went great. They are very nice and they are prompt with taking care of my car.

He has extremely fair prices and is responsive. I had a quote for $1400 from another person and they did the work for $500.

They are great. First of all, they are within walking distance from our house so that helps as far as getting home a ride. Even with that, they are done within a couple of hours. The reviews we read online on Angie’s List made them sound they are reputable as well. We would use their services again in the future.

I am very happy with Michael. It's nice to know someone I can trust. We have dealt with them for a long time. If we do have a problem we go back and tell them and they will fix it. They are nice people and they do a good job. I would say that I think they can be trusted. I don't have any difficulty with them. They are responsible and reliable.

Overall everything went really well, they let me know one of my lights was not working and offered to replace it for me. I had a positive experience with them.

I had problems breaking. I would get a break warning light and hear sqealing from my rear wheels. I took it into them thinking it would just be some pads that needed replacing. It turned out I was wrong! Despite the fact that several parts ended up being completed rusted and fused so that it took them a good while just to pry the old parts off, the price was still lower than a competitor quoted me for a standard replacement of the shoes and pads! All of that and they completed the work before I finished work. They are always slammed busy yet always get the work done speedily. I have yet to have the final price be higher than any competitor's quoted or actual price. I had a similar problem on another used vehicle I bought a while back and I ended up paying over a thousand dollars!

Was new to the area and had heard from others that this was a good honest mechanic so checked them out on Angies List and had favorable reviews. I liked the idea that it was located in my neighborhood. I stopped by after hours to find that they were still in the shop and explained that I wanted a tune up for piece of mind before a long holiday trip. Met Michael who was able to get me in before the holiday. I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness. After work was completed he explained the work he preformed and what he found out regarding the leak. All was well. I will defiantly return.

I heard of them from a friend and have been going there ever since. They are very knowledgable and capable. They have a good reputaion. They are honest.

He is a very honest mechanic. He is personable, and I don't feel that I am being taken advantage of like I did at my last mechanic. In fact, I asked for a tune up and he told me that I didn't need one yet!

Michael has done a good bit of other work for us in the past, and as usual this was quality work done quickly. His is a no nonsense, no pressure, neighborhood auto repair shop.

PRICING WAS GOOD, BECAUSE [THE OTHER COMPANY] ESTIMATED $400 FOR ONE AXLE JOINT. RESPONSIVENESS WAS GREAT! THE OWNER CALLED EXACTLY WHEN I SAID I WOULD BE ABLE TO TAKE HIS CALL TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT. PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. GRADED THAT A B, BECAUSE THEY DON'T REALLY HAVE A WAITING AREA AND THE OFFICE IS SMOKY.

HE'S HONEST, REASONABLE, AND THE WORK'S DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! MIKE'S SON WORKS WITH HIM AND ONE OTHER MECHANIC WHO HAVE BEEN WITH HIM FOR YEARS. (SO THERE'S VIRTUALLY NO EMPLOYEE TURNOVER.) HE HAS MANY RETURNING CUSTOMERS (LIKE ME, & OTHER PEOPLE I KNOW.)
