"I feel terrible that the members have had this experience. Thankfully, I do not believe it is representative at all of the typical experience for a customer at Meridian Heights. I did check into this situation and saw that there had been a couple items back for a redo, which is unfortunate, but I did not see, and could not locate anyone on the staff, that was aware of any claim being made about our damaging an item. It is absolutely my policy that in any such cash I would always want the customer to feel they had been dealt with fairly in reaching a settlement. Like many businesses, we have experienced the a few challenges that come up when a business changes ownership. Installing new equipment, computerizing the operations, bringing in several new staff members. Each has come with challenges. However, with these changes now complete, we feel we are in an excellent position to move towards Meridian Heights becoming the premier couture cleaners in Indianapolis. This means always providing exceptional quality and friendly, knowlegeable and helpful service. So please give us a try and I believe you will find that quality and service have improved significantly and that you you will see it continue to move up very quickly as we settle for nothing short of being the absolute best. It is a commitment that we talk about and strive for every day.
