I had 8:30 a.m., as the arrival time, and when they were not there at 8:40, a.m., I called to ask whether they were still coming. They had 1:00 p.m. in their calendar but said they would have someone there within the hour since I was already waiting at home. They arrived within that time and did an excellent job cleaning the carpet. There was recent remodeling in the house, so the carpets needed extra attention. They looked great when everything was finished!

I bought the deal off Angie’s List, after seeing the price and reading a couple of reviews I felt confident this company would meet my needs. I have brand new, white carpet in a 500 sq foot apartment. It’s not the highest quality carpet of course and I have watched a few friends’ dogs here; and well... it was time for a wash. Jerry arrived 15 minutes early, gave me a call and let me know he was out back. He was extremely pleasant and kind. I walked him in and showed him the apartment, asked him if I need to move anything else around and he assured me everything looked fine to him. I took my dog on a short walk and let him get to work. He was done in 30 minutes. He text me to let me know and left his card and receipt on the table. When I came back to my apartment I was instantly impressed. It smelled great and the carpets were noticeably brought back to life. Nothing was moved and that is okay with me. I don’t have a ton of stuff anyhow and I will hire Meik’s and Jerry again when I plan on moving out. Thank you for your kindness, efficiency, and professionalism!

It was fine. He did a good job for us. The thing that stood out to me was he was very friendly. The questions we asked him about spots and different things like that, you know, he answered and told us what he would be cleaning with. I think he cleaned two of our children's rooms as well. Their price was excellent.

They called right away to schedule the service. They showed up on time and did a great job! Carpet looks great!

Service provider was running late but let me know an emergency came . Arrived when he said he would. Cleaned carpet, stairs and moved carpet. There was an area rug under a coffee table. He cleaned under that but put rug back and coffee table on wet carpet . There were some pet stains that he could not get up and the stairs did not seem improved.

I contacted Jerry Tucker, owner of Meik's Carpet Cleaning, on Thursday night and set an appointment to have my carpet cleaned on Saturday morning.  He normally doesn't work on Saturdays, but was kind enough to accommodate my scheduling needs. 
Jerry arrived promptly at the appointed time and began work immediately.  Even though I only wanted to focus on particular trouble areas, he pre-treated the entire carpeted surface area throughout the house-approximately 1,400 square feet.  Once he started, he was remarkably efficient utilizing his rotovac rotary power scrub unit.  (Much superior to steam cleaning in my estimation)  He moved furniture around to reach hidden areas, declining my assistance offers in the process.  Altogether, he completed cleaning the carpeted areas of almost the entire house, less a couple of closet areas, in just over an hour-by himself!  The results were simply amazing.  He was able to eradicate stains that I had repeatedly attempted to remove myself.  My stairs especially were a disaster area, but he made them look brand new. 
Because of less-than-positive previous experience with a carpet cleaner, I was somewhat skeptical about hiring another one.  Jerry was recommended to me by Jen Morris of Century 21-Scheetz, and I'm glad I took it!  For comparison's sake, prior to moving into the house I hired a steam cleaner who, with an assistant in tow, took FOUR HOURS to clean the same areas, charged FOUR TMES AS MUCH-and didn't come close to achieving the same results as Jerry. 
Jerry has operated Meik's Carpet Cleaning for 5 years, after previously working for other carpet cleaning companies for over 10 years.  He definitely knows his business, although his humility and modesty prevent him from proclaiming as such.  His primary service areas include Fishers, Noblesville, and Carmel, with occasional sojourns to the Greenwood area.  I would recommend Meik's Carpet Cleaning to anyone in need of carpet & upholstery cleaning, or water extraction-especially if you have  trouble areas like I had!  You will not be over-charged, and Jerry will strive to provide you with the best service value and results possible, with a keen eye for detail.  Above all, he is a conscientious service-provider who is fully worthy of your business.
