"We are sorry you were not happy with our service. John was complimentary on our camera installation on his custom home. He had his modem replaced at a later date and lost his network connection to the NVR. He told me I provided lousy service when he was frustrated over the apps failure to connect. We went back, free of charge, to fix ATT's issue and retrained the customer on the app and CMs interface. He did send me an email wanting us to add a camera, but we were not interested in going back due to derogatory comments he made about my company."
