Mattress Firm

We paid for a mattress yesterday and we were promised delivery today. So far, no mattress is here and it is now outside of the delivery window. We are NOT at all happy with this. Nor are we happy that the delivery drivers did not call. Further, we are unable to get an update on our delivery by the warehouse. Based on this experience I would shop around for a better store. 
Reviews on Yelp look fraudulent based on the other reviewers number of friends and reviews. The store has extremely rude employees.

Was not happy with Tempur-Pedic. No problem with the mattress, just didn't work for me. I went back to store within about 70 days and told them I needed to return the Tempur-Pedic. It cost me a little over $100 to have them pick it back up and that's ok because I expected to have to pay for that. What I didn't expect was having to wait for weeks to receive a check from corporate headquarters instead of a credit on my debit card for my refund. I was told it will take about 2 weeks to get a refund. Everyone knows that means a hold of another 4 or 5 days for my bank to clear. In the mean time I have to finance another bed or sleep on the floor. They picked up on 12/28/13 so New Years Holiday will make it a little longer also. They got my cash instantly, It would be nice to get mine within a few days at least.       Note: provided by mother who resides at residence

By buying from the state fair we were able to get a $3000 discount and got some free pillows.  Very smooth transaction, delivery was quick, and there were no delivery charges.  Frank was a very good delivery guy.

We already had box spring and bed, just needed a small mattress for the kids room. We didn't have to wait, we knew what we wanted, Rod knew we were taken care of for all of our other bedding needs, just lacked this one item. He took care of us right away, was knowledgeable and professional and we were out of there in minutes as we had other errands to run. Yes we would recommend them.
