MATTINGLY LAWN CARE

I've never had so much trouble getting a company to complete services they offer. Their communication is horrible. I emailed them multiple times about weeds and attempting to add aeration to our services, and would never receive a response. When we finally cancelled because of their poor service, they could not care less. We're already having a much better experience with another company. I would avoid this company and find someone who cares!

Don’t know we have not heard from them since July 2017.

We called them yesterday, and they were out today. We normally just use them for perimeter pest control. They do applications in the spring/fall. They are always very nice, and courteous. They are family owned. If you pay for the full year, you receive a little discount. We have never had any problems with them.

We did not like the lawn service. It was not a good experience. We knew we had a problem so we had them out. It started out just fine but it kept getting worse and they came out and said we had a mold and we thought it would be treated with whatever it needed to be treated and it just got worse, and worse, and worse. It never did improve any. They were just very blase about it. We were paying for lawn service so we expected them to solve it but it didn't happen. We just weren't happy with it at all. We went with another one. When we started with the porch and the driveway and all that, we told them to stop because we were going to go ahead and start the other work. I don't know how much really was their fault because if you have a mold problem, it happens some way but they did nothing to solve it. I won't totally blame it on them, but they did nothing to correct it. I'm sure my husband has done some research at that time. Price is not the motivator to me as much as what he reads in the rating that he looks for. I imagine he paid a pretty price for it but it's not the highest. If they were on the property for 5 minutes, that was probably very generous. We just weren't happy. We have not been happy with most lawn services. Every year we get pretty disappointed. We used to have a beautiful lawn and it seems like we can't get it kept up. The treatments aren't good.

There's a lack of contact. They never called me or talked to me or anything. I thought the yard could have looked better. It did before with the other service. I'm thinking about changing. I did try to use them for shrub service and stuff and they didn't even respond to me. I wanted them to do more service but they weren't interested but I'm not life and death on it. They were clean and cut looking. They're nice people. I probably will use them this year.

They seem to be quite knowledgeable. They are very courteous. They do a good job and I am very pleased with them. Their price is comparable to other service providers. They are good guys and I am continuing to use them.

I have been a customer since 2006. Their service is excellent to the point that I have always felt comfortable prepaying for a full year service without any concern.

We lost our previous lawn care business. Actually, he was at our neighbor's and my husband walked over and talked to them. When they finished at our neighbor's, they came right over and did our lawn care application. They went above and beyond in customer service. They were at our neighbor's yard and they said they had time to do it today and they came and did it.

We are very happy with them. We are satsified with their service.

My experience has been pretty good, and he is reasonable. I really like his service, and how he is a very people oriented person. Not only does he cut, but he also cleans up everything. I have no complaints for him. We also don't really have to call him, he is pretty timely. He is excellent, and he had even given us additional tips on how to cut our grass. Everything really looks great now.

I am not satisfied because their product did not work and they refuse to provide a refund. Controlling weedgrass is a one step spring process. No later treatments have any effect because later in the year the seeds have germinated. They put in writing, season long protection...and such was never received...and they refuse refund for the failure by the Mattingly Brothers to fullfill their written commitment.

They are very good about a regular schedules and do not over service when service is not needed.

Everyone I have ever talked to were extremely satisfied with their work including myself.

We have a plan, so they come out 5 times a year. They do lawn feed and wheat prevention, and they also do aeration. We are satisfied with their service. The yard looks much better and a lot of it has to do with the products they use. They use quality products and come at the appropriate time for the feeding. They are very professional and are willing to answer any questions you have. They seem knowledgeable and are willing to give advice. I think their prices are competitive.

They leave a note saying what they've done which I like. They are reasonably priced. They are professional and easy to work with. I won't be needing them anymore, but if I did I would hire them again.

They offer a 10% off if you pay for it early in the year. They do a good job!

They are very good people and very reliable. Very honest.

I ADVISED STEVE THAT I DIDN'T WANT FERTILIZER IN MAY, JUST THE WEED TREATMENT. HE ACCIDENTALLY FORGOT TO CHANGE MY PLAN ON THE COMPUTER, SO I GOT THE FERTILIZER ANYWAY. I CALLED HIM TO TELL HIM, AND HE IMMEDIATELY TOLD ME NO CHARGE, DUE TO THEIR MISTAKE. HE WAS VERY APOLOGETIC. I'VE USED MATTINGLY FOR OVER 10 YEARS, AND THIS IS THE FIRST MISTAKE THEY'VE EVER MADE. THEY ARE VERY REASONABLY PRICED, ALSO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I'D RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

STEVE AND RAY MATTINGLY HAVE BEEN HELPING ME WITH MY LAWN FOR YEARS. DUE TO A MARITAL STATUS CHANGE, I MOVED INTO A DIFFERENT HOME WITH A MUCH LARGER YARD THAT REQUIRES A RIDING MOVER. HAVING NO KNOWLEDGE OF RIDING MOWERS, I IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED MATTINGLY LAWN CARE. NOT ONLY DID RAY OFFER SUGGESTIONS, HE WENT WITH ME TO PURCHASE MY NEW MOWER EVEN AT THE EXPENSE OF LOSING ME AS A GRASS CUTTING CLIENT. IF THAT'S NOT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE MATTINGLY LAWN CARE FOR MY LAWN TREATMENTS. THEY ARE THE BEST!
