I hired this company twice The first was in my old house and the second in my current home. After 10 months the floor planks started popping up and making it dangerous for my husband who is disabled. I asked Them to please fix the issue and he told me it was out of warranty. It was t when I reached out to them but he claimed he had covid and wasn't working so I had to wait Point of the story, I have flooring that's popping when we walk on it and some areas are already sticking up and have come undone. It's individual planks. I'm so upset and disappointed in them because like I said this was the second job I've had them do for me and unfortunately the last He has blocked me and I cannot teach him now. I gave him plenty of time to resolve the issue and I now have to take matters differently. Do not waste your money or time on this company, you will be disappointed.
