MY OVERALL IMPRESSION WAS THAT HE WASN'T AS THOROUGH AS I EXPECTED. I HAVE SOME CONFIDENCE IN HIS OPINION, BUT I WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED A MORE DETAILED, MORE INTENSIVE LOOK INTO THE PROPERTY. HE AGREED TO COME BACK & DISCUSS HIS REPORT WITH THE PROPERTY OWNER FOR AN ADDITIONAL $50. WE APPRECIATE HIS WILLINGNESS TO ACCOMMODATE US.
