She does great work. She is very consistent and professional. She responses to our time and is flexible to our needs. It is sometimes a challenge because she does not speak English so I often speak to her daughter.

Never received a call back. When I left a message, I was clear I was in sort of a desparate situation and needed my house cleaned, however, I she never called me back.

They normally send out 2 girls and it takes them about 2 hours to clean the house. Today, they sent out 1 person and she was finished cleaning the house in only an hour and half. It doesn't make sense that 1 person can do the same amount of work in less time than two people. I don't have the ability to move around the house and check all of the work. I have an agreement with the company to pay for 2 people per cleaning session. I am not complaining about the people- I am trying to figure out why there was a change in service today. I called the office and there was no one who could speak english available, which is not very helpful. I would really like to continue the service, but I definitely need to speak with someone who speaks english to verify the services I would like to have.

For the past month and a half, I've been preparing my condo for future renters (painting, new carpets, new countertops, new AC unit, etc.). In the end, getting everything done took way longer than expected and one of the final items on my and quot;to doand quot; list was to get my place deep cleaned so it can be shown and rented (finally!) Since I couldn't afford to take more time off from work to finish the project, I decided to go on Angie's List to see if I could find someone to help me out. After reading reviews and checking a few other companies out, I picked three different companies I was going to call. I called Maria first since I had a really good feeling about her and I am SO glad I did. The stars aligned :)) Luckily, the day I called her our schedules worked out so that she was able to meet me that day to check my place out. I let her know my dilemma--I had to get this place show ready and with a quickness. Since I didn't care what time she was able to fit me in, just as long as she was able to fit me in ASAP, she agreed to come the next day. Wow! We decided on a place where I would leave the key to get in and a place where I'd leave the check. When I stopped by to pick up the key around 6:30ish, she and her husband were just finishing up and leaving. The place smelled amazing and looked so immaculate I didn't want to walk anywhere or touch anything. The fact that we were able to meet up and she was able to accommodate me on such a short notice is huge since that was a lot to ask. I wish she lived near me so that I could use her services on a frequent basis. Since I don't, I want to at least recommend you, the members that pay to find good companies on Angie's List, to call her. She's a small business owner with a tremendous work ethic and strong attention to detail.

Contacted Maria in the middle of July to come to our home and give an estimate and explain the type of cleaning we wanted. I'm pretty much a perfectionist, so the first cleaning was to be more detailed and from then on, bi-weekly cleaning to keep the house to the level I wanted. I was the one who set the price, which Maria agreed to. Since I was impressed with her, I took the chance and hired her right away. First cleaning was July 19th and although she forgot to dust the blinds, I was very satisfied with the job she had done. Second cleaning was August 2nd and I mentioned the blinds to her and she did take care of it that week. Once again I was very satisfied with the work she preformed. Today, August 16th, she cleaned for the third time. There was one area that I asked for it have a little more attention and it was taken care of very nicely. Again, I am very happy with the appearance of my home. Both Maria and her daughter are very professional and I am very happy to have them cleaning my home every other week. Furthermore, I would give them a very high recommend.

It didn't. She didn't show up for either appointment she made with me.

Maria and her daughter do an excellent job. I count the days until they come visit! My stainless steel sparkles and every room looks like a model home. Most importantly, they are very trustworthy and good people. I highly recommend them!

Maria and her daughter clean my house and do so excellently. They are thorough, efficient, and detail oriented. I'm committed to using independent providers as much as possible, and this is a great success (as I've been through a lot of duds). Maria is not confident with her English, but her daughters are always available to translate and make arrangements. I'm happy to give my business to a hard-working immigrant --my dad was one!

Maria did a fantastic cleaning job on our home. My wife and I are so busy with jobs and child-rearing that it's been difficult to maintain our home the way we like, so we thought we'd try Maria. As stated in previous reviews, Maria does not speak much English, but she works with her daughters who are fluent so there is no communication problem. She and her daughter came, did a walk-thru and gave us an estimate of $130 for the initial cleaning and $100.00 for subsequent cleanings. This is slightly higher than previous cleaners we've had, but we'd read such good things about the quality of her work that we thought we'd give it a try. Boy, am I glad we did. We set a date for a few days later; Maria and her daughter arrived at 9am as promised and cleaned until about 1:20p. They did a top-notch, thorough job. We had her clean 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining rm, living rm, great rm, hallways, stairs, and a small loft area. She and her daughter just left, and I've walked thru the house to give it a thorough check and I'm quite impressed. Details like baseboards, ceiling fans, behind furniture, tops of door jambs, etc., were all clean. The only 'miss' I noticed was some cobwebs in the upper corners of rooms, and the bathroom ceiling/light fixture (I'll point this out during the next cleaning). The kitchen and bathrooms are sparkling (during the walk-thru we were told she does not clean the inside of the fridge, which was fine with us). Our granddaughter's bedroom was a total wreck before they cleaned -- she's 13 so you can imagine the mess. I can't believe how great it looks now! I should add that Maria and her daughters are very friendly and personable, and take direction well. They work quietly and efficiently. I conclusion, we will be using Maria on a regular basis, perhaps every 6-8 weeks. Highly recommended.

She did such a great job!! We called and she and her daughter came to our place the next day to do a walk-through, and let us know how much it would cost. We wanted a deep-clean/Spring Clean for the main level of our home (about 2000 sq. ft). They said that it would cost $125. I talked through the specifics of what we were looking to have completed and she and her other daughter came on March 30 and spent about 5 hours cleaning. They cleaned the floors, showers, toilets, baseboards, wiped down cupboards, vacuumed, dusted, cleaned mirrors, etc. Our house had never felt so good! I need to call her for more regular cleanings as I don't want her schedule to get too booked up - she is absolutely amazing!

I used Maria in October and she did a good job. I set a second appointment with Maria just before Thanksgiving, but when the time came she didn't show up. I called and she said that she was no longer available because she had double booked. I ended up having to do the cleaning myself last minute.

We were having family in for Thanksgiving and needed help getting the house together. I was very impressed that Maria and her daughter gave an in-person estimate. Maria does not speak English, but her daughter interpreted. They are both very personable, professional and very friendly. They were punctual and really gave the house a good cleaning. They arrived at 9 and left around 2. Even my children were impressed at what a good job they did with their rooms. Their rooms weren't messy, but when Maria left they looked even better. I would definitely have Maria back.

Her services have stayed consistent. She came in fairly promptly with her two daughters, and they did an excellent job. She brought a ladder to clean the ceiling fans attached to my high vaulted ceilings, which I appreciated. They were able to remove the hard water from my shower, and the bathroom looks brand new. The attention to detail was great, and I was very happy with them. I would definitely consider using them in the future.

She did a fantastic job. We have used her in the past and she always does an excellent job. Sometimes she brings her daughters along, they are all polite and professional. I liked using an individual rather than a large cleaning service. They do their job and leave the house spotless.

Maria is awesome! I hired her to clean a 3400 sq ft house, with numerous floor to ceiling windows, that had been sitting empty for nearly 2 years. My mother was moving in and I needed someone to clean at the last minute. Maria fit our needs perfectly. She cleaned the entire home all on her own. She was prompt, courteous, efficient, honest, and professional. She speaks very little English, but it's really not a problem. One of her intelligent bi-lingual daughters will take your call and translate. Although my brilliant husband couldn't remember a single word he learned in 4 full years of university level Spanish, he and Maria were able to understand one another quite well. If you're patient and reasonable, communicating with Maria is not difficult. Besides, it wouldn't hurt any of us to learn a little Spanish. If you're looking for a no-nonsense, hard working, trustworthy house cleaner, Maria is the person to call.

She was fantastic, I began using her when preparing for a wedding, and decided to keep her on.

They came at the time requested and thoroughly cleaned the house. From baseboards to windows, cabinet doors to floors everything looked magically bright.

She comes once a week and she cleans the whole house, but only cleans the basement when I need it. The house is 5,400 square feet and she does 4 bathrooms regularly. She has been really good. She is quiet, she will talk if you want to talk. She is very thorough. She is reliable. She is good at putting things away but not throwing things away. Sehis detail oriented. I never have to tell her to do something twice. I speak to her in Spanish so I'm not sure how good her English is. She is always on time, 5 min. early in fact.

Maria is a wonderful housecleaner. She was able to work us in within 2 days of calling her. We asked that she clean the house from top to bottom and leave nothing unturned. As a side note, she has her two daughters help her during the summer months. She took two full days to finish the job and we were thoroughly impressed with the work she had accomplished. There wasn't a bit of dust to be found. The floors were spotless and the windows streak free. We will definitely use Maria again for our small and large housecleaning tasks. She has a sweet personality and always has a smile on her face. We have used Maria in the past and currently have her clean our smaller house every week. Again, super job!
