M&J were great and I would absolutely hire them again! The process was long due to some supply and insurance delays but M&J kept me in the loop and accommodated my schedule. I appreciated their persistence and they were very responsive any time I had a question. As a first time home owner who has never gone through the claims process before, I also really appreciated their patience and willingness to walk me through the process. Great work!

Incredible company. We had some recent storm damage with multiple shingles torn off. After multiple disputes with insurance and one company recommending a total roof replacement , I had several companies come out and bid. Almost all of them were trying to take advantage of us. Some companies were recommending replacements that insurance already said weren’t needed. One company said minimum charge of $1000 but then when I said “okay, I have another company coming out to bid too” they said “oh well we could do it for $700.” The saga lasted 3 weeks and we even developed a leak inside of the house. Then Glenn from M and J showed up to bid. The first words out of his mouth were, “Hi Zac. How can I help?” He inspected the damage and within less than a few minutes said, “this is an easy fix. I already have those shingles.” He gave me an estimate that was a fraction of the prices the other companies quoted. Then he came back out and completed the repair so quickly that I didn’t even realize he had been there. This company is a diamond in the rough. They were the first people in this whole process I felt like I can trust. Unfortunately a lot of contractors want to take advantage. Not M and J. They are professional, trustworthy, and reliable. I can’t say enough good things about them.

Glenn and his team from M & J Exteriors were super prompt and helpful with addressing the storm damage we had with a tree falling on our house. I have to give thanks to Glenn and his team for a quick turnaround time from the initial estimate to the time it took to complete the project. I had received multiple estimates and felt that Glenn stood out for his ease to work with and his hands on knowledge of what needed to be done with the costs associated with the repair. The team completed a full roof replacement and gutter replacement within 3 days, with careful attention to clean up and care for my property. If you are looking for a contractor that is prompt, reliable, and fair, Glenn & his team will fill that role for you.

Let me start by saying, I don’t give 5-star reviews and I never give recommendations to my neighbors. I take review writing way too seriously and am brutally honest to the point of being called a jerk or worse more than once. I honestly don’t remember when or if I’ve ever given 5-stars. I hired M&J Exteriors to replace my gutters and fix damage caused by woodpeckers and another company who did my roof. M&J Exteriors showed up right when they said they would, they did a far better job than I hoped for, and they left me with no mess to clean up. In a world where so few do what they say they’ll do; it was refreshing to see people still have integrity and care about the quality of their work. It is still amazing to me that the only surprise was, how great it turned out. P.S. I’ve already recommended them to 3 of my neighbors.

Excellent!! This experience has been extremely positive! I was in desperate need of major repairs. Glen contacted me quickly, when others didn’t bother to even respond to my requests. The crew even worked through the July 4th holiday to accomplish the needed repairs. I can, with great confidence, recommend Glenn and M J Exteriors. Thank you for the great work!!

We are so happy that we were able to have M&J Exteriors replace our roof! They did an outstanding job. Very professional and very fast! The roof looks amazing! Their crew had actually replaced our siding a few years ago and we were so happy with that experience that we already knew who to call when it was time for the roof! The owner is great - very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He was even able to suggest the color of our roof that would look best with our siding and he was totally right! We love it! We would recommend them over and over again and already have!

The company was easy to work with and offered fair prices. The crew was professional and worked in a way that avoided any damage to our property and landscaping. They cleaned up well, leaving no evidence of their presence except nice new gutters that don’t leak! We will have them back again for future projects.

We selected M&J Exteriors from 5 other roofing companies because they had a competitive price (even with an upgrade to Duration shingles), and they had favorable reviews. The project included roof replacement and gutter upgrade. Jeremy said that it might take 1-2 days for the roof, and it took 2 full days. I was a little surprised since several of my neighbors recently had new roofs (by other roofing companies), and theirs took only 1 day. (I was told that the pitch of my roof was different from theirs.) However, M&J’s crew (3 members on day 1, with a fourth added for clean-up on day 2) started promptly at 8 a.m. and worked until sunset (7 p.m. in October) each day, so I had no complaint with their effort. Speaking of the crew, they were professional and very thorough with the clean-up. In fact, after they left, I found only a handful of nails (although several more were found during the gutter upgrade), which was very impressive. Communication was a little difficult; however, Glenn stopped by several times on day 1 and at the end of day 2. We had a small problem regarding the TV satellite dish. The crew put the dish back in the original spot, but they were unable to reposition it correctly in spite of their best efforts, so we had to call DIRECTV for a service appointment. Unfortunately, they couldn’t come to the house for 4 days, so we were without TV for an extended period. HINT: call your satellite TV provider beforehand and schedule them to come to your house on the day your roof is replaced in the likely event that you need them. We are happy with the roof, especially since the new roof enhances the appearance of the house. We chose the same color as our next-door neighbor, so we knew exactly what to expect. The gutter upgrade took a day and a half. However, it also included the replacement of a number of pieces of rotten wood as well as the installation of gutter guards, so I had no problem with the time. The previous gutters were dirty, ugly, and too small, so the new gutters make a tremendous difference, and we are happy with them. In summary, I would recommend M&J; in fact, I have referred them to several of my neighbors.

It went well. They had to come back a second day because of a quick storm interruption. They were supposed to come in the morning but didn't and we didn't know that until almost noon that they wouldn't be coming until early afternoon. Poor communication for that. They cleaned up well getting all of the little pieces out of the yard and scrubs. Jeremy was very good to work with.

It went great. He gave us an exact time. The clean up was so good you couldn't tell they were there. Jeremy was awesome. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.
