Malloy's Restoration

John did a fabulous job for us. He was timely and punctual. He and his crew worked hard. The quality of his work was excellent. There were some issues with the paint and without us having to say anything he went back over it and fixed it. Along the way John and his crew ran into issues....(ie mold, sewer leak, etc). He was able to call in plumbers, electricians, mold remediation people for us and was able to resolve these issues expeditiously and kept our budget in mind. Each evening, John and his crew took extra time to make sure to clean the place up (since we lived in it during the reno). The house was finished after a few weeks and many of our friends have commented that the transformation was amazing. We are extremely happy with the end result and have recommended him to all of our friends.

This is the first interior painter I have ever hired and I was extremely pleased with his work. He was very polite, showed up when he said he would, cleaned up every day, and just did a fantastic job! I would definitely hire him again.

PROMPT, FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE TEAM. COMPLETED PROJECT IN 3 DAYS, TOUCHING UP AREAS THAT WERE NOT IN THE ORIGINAL AGREEMENT. WHEN JOHN WENT TO PAINT STORE TO REPLACE/MATCH PAINT I ALREADY HAD, DISCOVERED I HAD ORIGINALLY BEEN GIVEN INTERIOR PAINT VS EXTERIOR, EXPLAINING THE POOR DURATION OF THE WORK I HAD ALREADY DONE. HE CORRECTED THAT ERROR. GREAT AND THOROUGH IN CLEAN UP AROUND PAINTED AREAS. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN SHOULD I HAVE A SIMILAR NEED.
