Land Surveying
It was very non verbal. The individual did not communicate very well and I had to ask questions to find out what he was doing

Land Surveying
I initiated contact and planning through email, they were very responsive as we worked out a contract. Crew arrived and began work on time. Crew was friendly and responsive when spoken to. Within Major, inter-team communication was just a bit lacking. But Management was professional and responsive, the couple of resulting oversights were quickly corrected. Knowing I'm about as picky as a customer could be, I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.
