They kept us very involved throughout the process. People we dealt with in their office were helpful and nice. Ended up with beautiful granite counters! When we had a couple of "glitches" on the day of install, the installers really bent over backwards to make things right. He even made extra trips out to our house the next day.

Majestic Stone Imports is by far the best Stone company in all of Indiana! I've hired many contractors in my day and Majestic Stone Imports design team and installation crew knew exactly what I wanted and they were professional, clean, and prompt! Even the owner Bob Brown took time out of his busy schedule to show me samples at my home. I've never had a contractor or business ever show as much care and consideration for a customer. Believe me if they don't have what you are looking for they will find it for you. I will be telling all my friends and clients about Majestic Stone Imports! I absolutely love my new Quartz countertops and sink!! My kitchen looks like a designer kitchen at an affordable cost. Thank you Majestic Stone Imports

This was a great experience. Everything from going to their facility on Maryland Street to see my slab to the delivery of the product was fantastic. The install guys knew exactly what they were doing and were so good at it. They were quick and thorough and made the process fun. I love my new counters!

After they left and I came home from work I noticed the sink was crooked. I called them about this and it took them another 2 weeks for them to come out to fix it. After they did this, the very next day I came home to a large amount of water under my sink which shows they has messed up some of the plumbing when redoing this. I again didnt hear back from them for another 5 days. I was finally able to talk to the owner and he said "I will make this right." I have been waiting on a call back from them but never received that follow up call.

Very courteous and helpful at their warehouse when selecting stone.
New installation went smoothly.
They adjusted damaged slab position, cleaned join and filled it with layers of epoxy resin so entire depth of the 2 sheets were glued together. Latter took some time, adding to cost but job was well done and should last!

They immediately contacted me. However the person scheduled to come out, called about 5 minutes before he the appointment, cancelling, saying his kids had been in an accident. He called back, rescheduled and didn’t show up. I called the company and they weren’t very responsive. They told me that person, assigned to my appointment, was experiencing personal problems and that they’d send someone else out.
When that person arrived, he told me my kitchen was too small and they couldn’t do much with it. He also spent most of his time while he was in my home complaining about someone who was suing him because they didn't complete the job to the customer satisfaction. After hearing this, I asked for other references and he basically bailed on me, saying they couldn't do my because of a bigger one in Zionsville. He did send me some plans, but they weren’t very good and nothing like I wanted. I live in a modest neighborhood and the person who came out was very insulting.

I was looking to replace the marble top on a wrought iron plant stand that had tipped over in a storm and broken. Owners Jillian and Patrick took me back through the warehouse which has an amazing variety of marble and granite slabs and remnants. They suggested that I look at granite instead of marble as a more durable option for an outside application. Patrick gave me several samples (which he knocked off with a hammer) to take home and show my wife (I took three but he would have given me 10 if I'd asked). The final product was beautiful and at $85 was 1/4 of a competitor's estimate. Also, one of their sales reps gave me a very helpful tip on how to remove the broken top from the wrought iron base. Don't be deterred by the address or the "showroom" (which is pretty bare) - the quailty and service is great!!

I first me with Jillian and her team at their warehouse where they had tons of slabs to browse. I had just painted the cabinetry white, and have dark floors, so I was looking at a darker granite. I ended up going with the volga blue, which is amazing! I had this done over a year ago and the countertops still look great in the bathroom.
I am just about to move into a new home, and am back in the market so I plan on calling Majestic to help me out in my new home. I just noticed that I had not left a report, and needing their services prompted me to do so. I plan on seeing them very soon.

I worked with Aaron throughout the process. It was a great experience! I selected the granite from Global Granite prior to getting estimates from 4 different fabricators. Majestic Stone had a good price and great reviews on Angie's List. I'm happy to be writing another one! :O) They performed the tear out of the old countertops and installation of the new granite. Aaron worked with me to make sure I could select how the granite was cut so that I could ensure lots of "character" on the island. Once they arrived, it only took a couple of hours for them to complete the work (plumber had to come the following day to reconnect the garbage disposal and dishwasher and attach the new faucet). Overall, I was very impressed with the level of service and the look of my new kitchen! Thank you so much Aaron!!

Absolutely one of the finest experiences of service I have ever had. The people were very knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and their work was top notch. They took alot of care to leave the work area cleaner than when they found it. The experience level of all involved is excellent and you can tell this is a well-run company from top to bottom.

The granite itself is beautiful. The measuring and fabrication looks perfect to my eye and the installation was great. Each person that I dealt with (and there were several depending on which phase of the job was being done) was professional and pleasent.

Outstanding experience. Dave Means took us to two different stone wholesalers, and was very patient while we asked dozens of questions, looked at their entire inventory and finally picked the slab we wanted. Dave called when the original layout wouldn't fit on the slab, and discussed in detail a new layout. He invited us to the shop to inspect their plan (although our schedule did not permit). He said, "you are spending a lot of money on this, and I want it to be right." The template was done perfectly, because the parts installed perfectly. The installers were very professional (there is only a single seam, and it is invisible), and were the most pleasant guys, too.

I own an old home (1929) that has settled over the years making some of the floors and ceilings slope. The carpenter who built my kitchen went to a lot of trouble and expense to make sure my new cabinets were perfectly level. The Majestic installers decided, for some reason, that a portion of the cabinets weren't level, so they shimmed them 1/8 of an inch. When the carpenter and I returned, we put a level on the countertop and found that it rose at one end by 1/8 of an inch. This is now going to affect the cutting of the backsplash material, costing more time and money. The installers also had to cut out some of the sink base cabinet to make the sink fit. They didn't clean up the mess, so my carpenter had to clean it up so he could install the faucet.I called our salesman about these things and he said he'd call me back with some resolution, but he never did.

Majestic Stone Imports originally installed our granite kitchen cabinet tops (and one in the guest bathroom) for us the last week of August 2008 for just under $8,1000. The salesman was Dave Means who did an excellent job of determining what we wanted and explaining the advantages and disadvantages of granite as compared to other options. Dave took me to the granite sales place where I picked out the actual pieces which were to be used. An expert came to mearsure and create the template for the countertops, and the granite was cut and installed a week or two later, The only hitch was the call the night before scheduled installation that the granite cutting machine had broken down. However, they still managed to get here the afternoon of the scheduled day and worked overtime to get the work done. I didn't write a review at this time because I had surgery about a week later with several months of follow-up treatment. However, last week I purchased a new slide-in range. When it was delivered for installation, we discovered that the back of the opening was too small by 13/16 of an inch. On contacting Dave Means who handled the original sales, he arranged for the two men to come take care of the problems after stressing several times that it would be a dusty job. Needless to say, I am very pleased with the countertops (They are beautiful!) and with the service provided.
