Credit Repair
Not well. Only after I offered to cancel my card did they remove the late fee. There are too many other places to shop with this kind of attitude.

Mattresses
The salesman was friendly, not pushy, gave guidence based on my likes and dislikes and gave lots of time to test the mattresses as we went from one to another zeroing in of the one I liked. He never pushed but was always available to answer questions. The delivery went like clock work. I was told when to expect delivery and the delivery and setup were as scheduled and very efficient.

The first delivery came in march and it had a fault on it so it was returned. They finally sent me another one but it had issues as well. I decided to have them just send me whole another brand of couch because the dye on the first couch was coming off onto my clothing and the second one had mis matching dye. They sent me another couch which had the interior mechanics showing on one side of the couch. I called them within 3 days to inform them the couch was missing piece of fabric or damaged. When they reorded it on the phone the configuration was incorrect. I kept it and didn't complain. When the delivery driver was sent out he said it wasn't damaged or missing fabric but that was the way it was supposed to look. It didn't look like that in the store because it was against a wall which is unacceptable. That should be visible in the store. The individual I spoke with over the phone was very nasty. The last conversation I had them was they said that if they decided to take it back I would lose the delivery fee and the restocking fee. They have a technician being sent out to look at it and they said that if the tech determines that it is not damaged or a manufactured defect it would then be considered a preference and I would be stuck with. The other person I spoke with said I would be charged the restocking fees and the delivery fees although I am unclear as to which action would be taken by them. I just want them to come get the couch and I would like my money back. I don't feel like I should forfeit anything or be at a loss.
