Their customer service is very helpful. It can take a while to check out. Regarding my furniture purchases, the furniture was of excellent quality and the delivery men were very professional.

When we purchased our mattress, we purchased a 10 year warranty.  We have had the mattress for 7 years and the sinks have been getting deeper and deeper.  We were told that some sinks were just conforming to the body.  We contacted Macy's who sent out a representative from US Quality on March 7th.  They measured the sinks and determined that it was defective.  We went back to Macy’s who had all of the information from my purchase and were able to honor the warranty.  We asked if we would have to pay additional costs since the price of the mattress has increased and the customer service rep told us that we would not have to pay anything additional.  When we went to purchase our new mattress, Macy’s advised us that they could provide a credit for the amount we paid for our mattress but we would be responsible for any additional costs.  We could purchase a lower quality or different brand but the one we want is more expensive than our original and Macy’s advised us that we would be responsible for that cost.  I asked for a refund from both Stearns and Foster (now Sealy) and Macy’s as stated in the warranty and both refused a refund but can provide the credit.  We will continue to shop at Macy's but no longer for a mattress.

The experience was excellent. Their furniture selection is top notch. The delivery went smoothly as well.
