I hired this roofer for a job in El Dorado, OH, and the entire process was a nightmare. He initially showed up with materials but refused to start due to structural damage on our house, which we agreed to fix based on his additional estimate. However, when the new work date came, he did not show up, blaming a broken-down van. We requested a refund, and he said he would send a check. USPS showed no sign of the package, so we asked him multiple times to cancel the check and pay us another way, but he did not When the check finally arrived and we deposited it, it bounced. He never once told us the check had been canceled, even though he knew when we would receive it. Now, he is not answering our calls, and he still holds our money. Do not do business with this contractor unless you want your money to be stolen.

Glenn and his guys did awesome job. Can t early in the morning installed gutters fascia wrap freeze wrap and guards. Very affordable. Guys worked hard and finished in the evening. My dad decided to go with them two weeks later for gutters.

The owner has a nice group of young men working for him. . They didi quality work and were very respectful of not damaging the plantings and landscaping next to the house. I would hire then again in a heartbeat. Oh yes, the best price among a couple of quotes.

M and J did an amazing job. We wanted to stay with our wood fascia and freeze board and they worked with us. All the other contractors wanted to switch to composite. Great work and customer service. Highly recommended!!

They did a great job fixing my roof after a bad wind storm. Installed new shingles and even fixed a fence panel that had blown down. Would definitely hire again!

Jeremy gave outstanding customer service and communication. I was able to message him directly with any questions and he was proactive in keeping me informed of every step in the process. He worked with the insurance company and made my part of the process minimal. The roof looks amazing and his crew was quick, professional and friendly. Jeremy's follow-up was the best I have experienced. He personally came and checked on the property and even though the cleanup was to my satisfaction, it was not to his and so he had his crew come back. Another contractor installed the gutters and a couple of lights fell and broke - this was not his responsibility but he followed up and when I returned from vacation, the lights were replaced. Jeremy messaged me to ensure I knew it was done and to please let him know if I was happy with the work. I would recommend M&J to everyone. They stay super busy because they are the best, schedule as soon as you can. Don't cut corners with something as important as the roof over your head. Ken Ring
