"this riding mower was picked up on 6/6/13 and we called and gave her an estimate for the repairs that she requested on 6/12/13. the request for repair was to not tune up the mower, but to get it to run. we found that the fuel system required cleaning and she told us to repair the equipment. once the unit was running properly, we found the blades would not come on and that one of the blade spindles was locked up due to bearings that had failed. we called and told her what we found and explained what the total bill would be if we repaired this for her. once the repair was finished we returned the equipment and had her operate the mower to assure we had repaired what she wanted us to do. this repair was completed and returned to her on 6/26/13."

The repair was fine and the price reasonable. They could have done a much better job letting me know the status while the mower was in their shop almost two months.

My LawnBoy mower wouldn't start after being in storage for a year. The employees were very nice and informed me that they were very busy and it would be a couple weeks before I had it back. The mower was cleaned up nicely and works well. I think the price was very reasonable.

I STOPPED IN SEVERAL TIMES WHILE LOOKING FOR A NEW RIDING MOWER. JIM THE OWNER HELPED ME EACH TIME. HE WAS VERY PATIENT AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND EVEN LET ME DRIVE THE MOWER IN HIS LOT. I HAVE NEVER BEEN IN HIS SHOP, BUT HE MADE ME FEEL LIKE AN OLD CUSTOMER. I HAVE USED ONE OF HIS COMPETITORS FOR YEARS AND I FEEL AS IF I CAN TRUST HIM AND HE LEAD ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. I BOUGHT FROM HIM AS HE CARRIED SIMPLICITY AND I REALLY LIKED THE FEATURES OF THIS PARTICULAR MOWER. WHEN THEY DELIVERED MY NEW MOWER IT HAD A ''BUG'' AND THEY TOOK IT BACK AND FIXED IT AND RETURNED WITHIN A FEW HOURS. THIS IS SERVICE.

THEY TOLD ME HOW LONG THE PROCESS WAS GOING TO TAKE ALONG WITH A POTENTIAL ESTIMATE. PRETTY ACCURATE ON COST AND TIME FRAME OF SERVICE. GOOD BUSINESS PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. WILL HELP LOAD AND UNLOAD ITEMS.
