Made an appointment with a tech about whom I had read a positive review online. Shop very cute; appeared neat and clean. Waited very short time past scheduled appt. Tech was very nice, but polish did not last more than 3 days before it began chipping completely off. This was my first (and last) experience with LNS. I have had pedicures all over the city and never had one last such a short amount of time! Perhaps most disappointing is that I even took the time to email the salon about my experience some time ago, thinking the owner should be aware. No response was received. I can only assume the salon doesn't care. It's not one of the cheapest places in Indy to get a pedi, and far from the best, so why choose Little Nail Shop?

Salt water instead of spa pedicare.  No massaging chairs. Will not return.

Selecting nail polish at the start was confusing as there were many choices. I asked which nail polish brand would stay on longer and was guided to choose from a particular brand. The techs who greeted us seemed reserved and not very friendly. The $50 pedicure was just ok. I have had better at other salons. Being able to choose your own scented lotion was nice and my daughter liked that, The chairs you sit in are pretty but huge and not meant for pedicures as there is no back support. The polish applied to my daughters toenails started chipping off in 4 days. Her fingernail polish started wearing terribly after 3 days.

Stop by this place to get a pedicure and was rudely informed they only do work by appointment. None of the bowls had people in them, but there sure where people standing around eating. They are located in an big office building area with professional who need to get manicures and pedicures without having to make appointments. The front office desk ladies are rude and made me feel like crap. I just wonder if I had been in full make-up and skinny if they would have given me a difference answer. I hope the owners, who want to remain nameless, know how much money they are losing daily.

A few of my friends have been here and recommended this nail shop to me. I've been there twice, working with two different nail technicians, and each experience has been excellent. The technicians were incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease. The atmosphere is very comfortable and the shop decor is cute. I was able to book my appointment online and received email confirmation. After the appointment, I received a thank-you email, which was nice! I had to wait 10-15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time both times, but overall, I'd recommend this nail shop to anybody. They have so many different gel nail colors to choose from; more than I have seen in any other nail shop. They took their time and the color really lasted the 2+ weeks they say it will. The cost was a bit pricier than other nail shops I've been to, but I feel like it really was worth it!

They were very professional and I liked their work. They did a good job. I liked the atmosphere of the shop, it was very comfortable.
