The representative was willing to return the faucet but informed me there was a 20 percent restocking fee which was $71.00. If I was aware of this policy I would not have purchased the faucet from Lee Supply Corp. I saw the Return Policy for the first time when I returned the faucet on 3/14/2014 and it was covered by flyers. I happened to move the flyers with my arm by accident. I do remember seeing flyers in the same place when I purchased the faucet but the Return Policy was not visible. I think $71.00 is excessive.

We had purchased a big deal for the service. They had to fire one of their employees, because of not following through and stuff like that, but once they came back, they did an excellent job. Once they got their act together as far as getting back to us and firing that one employee, they were on top of things and did a good job.

After it was installed, one of the hanging rods was missing. I called the installer (Brandon) and he dropped it off the next day. Just be careful when using the website that that is what you want, because that its what you are ordering...at least if you work with Dennis. Once you work with Brandon, you can talk about what you really want. For the price however I don't think the quality is anything more than average.

The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable so I was able to choose a new toilet that was exactly right with her help. She also gave me a discount. When my plumber said it would be cheaper for me to pick up the toilet myself, she gave me the plumber's discount. I decided to have the toilet delivered for $10 as I was driving a small car. They had a good selection of products for me to choose from.

After they replaced the beads in the softener, nothing seemed to change. All my showers, tubs, sinks, and toilets kept turning orange and the water tasted terrible. The water pressure the next week was terribly low and less than it has been for the 20 years I have lived here. Thinking that was odd, I went to the main water valve that the technicians had shut off during their work and found that it was barely open. I opened the valve and my water pressure returned to normal. Another week went by and the whites in the laundry were orange. I went to check the water softener and found that the wire that goes from the water usage sensor to the electronic control module was unplugged. When the technicians removed the tank, they failed to plug the sensor back in. So it was not regenerating. Another few weeks, and the water just wasn't being softened. I concluded that the problem must be that I had not chlorinated the well for several years, and that the softener just didn't have the capacity to handle my water. I decided to chlorinate the well too see if that made a difference. I turned off the water from the well and chlorinated the well. Before turning the water back on, I had to make sure that chlorine did not get into the water softener and went to open the bypass valves and close the flow to the softener. That was when I found the real problem. The technicians had not closed off the bypass valves. Nasty, unsoftened water was being mixed with a small amount of softened water. After flushing the well for 24 hours, I closed the bypass valves and opened the valves so that water would go through softener. Guess what? The water softener works great and I have beautifully softened water. But those idiot technicians didn't take the time to note which valves were open and closed in order to restore the settings after they changed out the mineral beads. I have had a couple of months of total frustration wondering what to do next to get my water back to the way it used to be. NIce guys, but incredibly inept!

Person scheduled to measure the shower was late. Was supposed to come in the morning, but didn't make it until early afternoon. When shower was installed, the frame was too short across the top of the door. Installer tried to "make it fit". Next day the door would not close. I called the service department twice in two days and left a message that I needed someone out. No one returned my call. The third day, and third call, I got someone and they sent a person out the next day. They agreed to reorder the frame and cut it longer. It was supposed to be delivered over night. He was going to call me the next day to come in and install it. He never came or called. So I started calling again, leaving meassages again with no call back. After a week I called the sales manager I orgininally worked with. She got someone to call me and guess what?! The part just came in! It was fixed the next day.

I thought their price was a little high. Their responsiveness was not there and their professionalism was not exceptional. They ordered the wrong size fittings and would only refund half.

Torture to work with. They don't know how to work with an individual in terms of pick up. Poor response to questions.

I am in the process of working with Lee Supply. I ordered a large sink (among other things) to accommodate 5 holes. I designed my kitchen around the sink. After the kitchen is built and the countertops are being fabricated, the granite co. points out there are not enough holes. There is no time to find another sink that will fit with the look, so I have to pick another smaller and less attractive sink. The kitchen is the focal point which is why I'm upset. I suggested they cost out a sink and faucet at the bar I'm ordering to compensate me for getting stuck with the sink. It wouldn't cost them and would at least compensate me up for living with a sink I don't like. They don't seem to care so I'll see how the rest of the job goes. Lee Supply gets a great deal of money for this but doesn't seem to care about customer service. We'll see how they handle it. I am shocked the sales person blew me off. I faxed the manager. Hopefully, he will do something.
