Gutter Repair and Replacement
Very thorough, very professional. The work seemed to be top-rate. The price seemed high to me in comparison with standard gutters, though they do work very well at keeping material out of the gutters. If there is a negative (beyond price), snow melt water running over the metal lip on the gutters in wintertime freezes and eventually causes icicles which, in turn creates an ice problem on our front steps

2 years ago I started calling them out before my warranty was out. I called them 6/21/10 to fix the gutters that had fallen. I showed them the mold that was in my bedroom from the gutters. They came out and put a board on the roof that didn't solve the problem. I talked to John Chambers who was the boss and John Shanklen on 6/22/11. What I found out is that they sold out to a company in Ohio.
I have not been satisfied with them. They are ruining my ceilings. The gutters need to be lowered and they aren't even straight. They won't even get a ladder and look at them. They didn't know what they were doing. I am now getting mold on my walls.
