Price- Least expensive of several stone contractors. Easy to set up time for delivery and requested to call prior to arrival. Driver did excellent job on truck spreading stone.

Great - from calling them and the lady on the phone helping me determine how much I needed to the guy who promptly delivered the gravel and unloaded it - it all was more than excellent service all around.

Driver showed up on time, put sand where I asked, reviewed invoice, accepted payment and left.

We needed some gravel for a commercial parking lot.  I called three haulers and didn't even get to the quote stage with the first two who couldn't provide the required quantity efficiently.  My third call was to Laura Kopetsky Tri-Ax.  The experience was very positive starting with the prompt live answering of the phone.  The representative was cheerful and pleasant.  She was very helpful in guiding me through choosing the appropriate quantity and type of stone based on the condition of our parking lot.  She explained exactly how the process worked and what to expect.  The quoted price was within a range based on exactly how much stone ended up in the trucks but the range was narrow..  She explained that the spreading service they provide without extra charge is a courtesy service with no guaranteed outcome.   I was left with the understanding that they usually do a pretty good job but it's a matter of what can be spread from the truck and depends on obstacles such as walls, fences, trees and powerlines.  We scheduled a time for the following week.  I finished the phone call with a very positive sense that everything would go well.

On delivery day, the driver called about twenty minutes before the appointment time to confirm they were on the way and they arrived a couple of minutes early.  Both drivers were courteous and professional.  They spent probably more time than they should have getting the gravel poured relatively evenly over the lot and around the various obstructions and into the nooks and crannies.  We were very pleased with the end result.  The final price ended up being a few dollars less than the low end of the quote. 

I have no doubt that we will call Laura Kopetsky Tri-Ax for our next gravel haul.

Very nice! From the time the phone call was made to place the order to the time of delivery was 1hour and 11 minutes.  The driver placed the load where we wanted it, and 2 people had the entire load spread out in one day using just shovels and wheel barrows.

They did a great Job from start to finish! Would highly recommended them.

It all went well. When I first called, they said they could not deliver topsoil until the rain stopped for a few days, and at that time, put me on the list, and gave me an exact price to pay. CALLED BEFORE NOON AND DELIVERED IT BY 4 THAT AFTERNOON. IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERED AND HE EVEN OFFERED TO SPREAD IT FOR ME WITH HIS TRUCK! WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY.
