Jeff was in contact with us constantly and answered all phone calls and emails promptly.
Once we got the ok from the insurance company they were here within a week putting on our roof.
The job was completed in just one day. The roof looks great!
We were vert satisfied with the professional service we received from Lathrop Contracting. We would definatly recommend his company to friends and family.

They tore off all the shingles and replaced some of the decking and then put 3-D shingles on house and barn. They started at 6:15 am and finished all the roofing by 2 pm. They picked everything up and left no mess. A new ridge vent was also installed. Jeff made sure to explain every detail that would be done. He went up on the roof with the insurance adjuster to show the damage and what would be done. The gutters were installed in about 3 hours and they were done correctly and looked better than what we had for the previous 25 years.
I have nothing but high praise for the job that Jeff Lathrop did. He was extremely professional about the products and the installation procedure. I highly recommend him.

We had a severe hailstorm and I assumed we had hail damage. I called to get an estimate because of a referral from a friend.  He was knowledgeable and did a thorough inspection of my roof, guttering and surrounding area.  I found him to be quite personable and felt confident with him from the start.  He helped with the Insurance info and was here when we had the insurance company out to do their inspection.  His men showed up on time and did a great job.  They had the whole project done in 2 days and left my house clean as it was before they came.  No nails, screws or debris anywhere.  We have had roofs put on in the past and this experience was by far superior to those experiences.  I would recommend him to anyone.  My roof and the other repair work looks great!

Jeff was very knowledgeable and professional in our meetings and provided us an estimate which was very thorough and reasonable. His workers were very knowledgeable and professional. The work was excellent and they use high quality materials. Clean-up was excellent. A big problem was found on the roof and porch area that was caused when the house was built, and was re-built quickly and looks great. They resolved all issues that came up, fixed a few problems for me that were not even part of the original contract and the result was better than I expected. The house looks great. I would use Jeff again and highly recommend his services to anyone.

Lathrop Contracting is professional and reliable. It is locally owned and operated and you can count on them to do excellent work. If you're looking for someone trustworthy, I would highly recommend calling Lathrop Contracting. There are a lot of companies out there taking advantage of people with their home improvement needs, but Lathrop Contracting is not one of them!

Jeff Lathrop is very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.  Jeff reviewed the insurance quote and found several things that the insurance company failed to include in the original quote.  He worked very closely with us and the insurance company to insure all damages were noted.  The roofing material and crew showed up timely on the day scheduled and work was completed in 1 day.  We noted some things that were not to our liking but Jeff had the crew out the following day to complete.  Now that is what I call customer service!!  Jeff takes personal pride in making sure the customer is satisfied from start to finish.
The gutters and service door replacement were scheduled the following week.  Both crews did a great job!  The guy that did the service door replacement spent additional time in fixing things that the original contractor failed to complete.  I was very impressed with the quality of the work and how well the door looked after completion.

He was great.  He answered all my questions.  I had a security light that wasn't working after he was done and he came back and replaced it.

The work was completed satisfactorily in November 2011.  We experienced little snow and even less rain throughout the spring and summer of 2012. After experiencing a substantial rain in the late summer I discovered the garage door leaked, between the panels, when raised after the rain. I called Mr. Lathrop and told him of my problem. He personally came out to check out the leak. He then called Overhead Door, they installed the replacement door, and they came out and replaced two panels on the door.  Again, after a rain the door leaked when raised. Again I called Mr. Lathrop. He called Overhead Door again and they came out, checked it out and replaced two panels while Mr. Lathrop was on site. This happened two more times, each time more involved with the field supervisor from Overhead Door here to take pictures and report back to his boss to figure out what could be done. Each time Mr. Lathrop made the call to Overhead Door and did his best to see that the problem was corrected to my satisfaction. On September 27, 2012 Overhead door was out again and replaced  two panels and applied additional weather stripping around the door. After more rain, the problem appears to be corrected.
This has taken a lot of time, frustration and patience from Mr. Lathrop, all the workers from Overhead Door and me. I am grateful to each of them, especially Jeff, in sticking with me to get the problem corrected. THANKS JEFF!
