It was an excellent experiance. There was a slight miscommunication about our shutters, and was corrected immediately. Finally a good experiance with a contractor who not only treated me right but did an amazing job!

Scott, the manager, called me with in minutes of my contacting the company. He was able to do the estimate on line and talked with me about what they would do to repair the vent problem. He had a crew at my home the next day and the repair was completed quickly. The craftsmen were efficient, courteous, and left the work site clean.

The workers were very professional and quite knowledgable. Roof was started and finished in about 4 and a half hours. Extremely satisfaction with total job. Matt, Scott, and Jeff were extremely helpful in explaining the whole process from start to finish. Communications throughout the job from the start to the completion was exceptional, as we were from out of state, and did not have any idea of how the process was going to work. A job well done by all, we will definitely contacting Lathrop for any job we might need in the future. Wish there was an A+ rating.

Very well. Mr. Lathrop was very responsive. He came out to measure and then gave us a detailed estimate where he answered all of our questions. The work was delayed by 2 weeks due to rain but Jeff kept us updated with phone calls and texts regarding when they would start.

Everyone I had in contact with at Lathrop Contracting was friendly and professional. After assessment of damage done to our house, we had a new roof put on within 4 days and took less than 6 hours to complete. Gutters and siding were installed the next week or so. While work was being done to our home Jeff Lathrop the owner and also Scott the sales manager would stop by to insure job was being done correctly. I would highly recommend them to anyone for General contracting work.

The Lathrop team did an outstanding job coordinating with our insurance company, and ourselves to ensure damage sustained was identified and repairs were approved by our insurer. They provided weekly updates on the approval and repair status until repairs were completed and worked closely with us to ensure repairs occurred at times that did not conflict with our schedule. In addition, they worked closely with us throughout the process to ensure replacement materials ... shingles, gutters, windows, doors, etc. ... met with our approval before being ordered.

All repairs were done on time and his employees do excellent work and exceeded my expectations. They protected our landscaping and did an immaculate clean up job when finished. Went like clockwork! Roof installed in ONE day. Materials delivered the day before, crew arrives early next day and by 8PM they removed old shingles, installed ice shields and new shingles and cleaned up and all is good. Gutters and down spouts were replaced by different crew a couple days later and all done in 5 hours. Window replacement coordinated by Lathrop all done by high quality Pella distributor in a matter of hours. well done!

Great! Lathrop was prompt and very helpful in working with our schedule. They were thorough in communicating what needed to be done, they provided before and after pictures, and they cleaned up completely when they were done. The repaired area looks fantastic - you'd never know there had been a problem there. We will definitely use them again for other projects.

I had called two other contractors to get a quote for the job. Neither bothered to go onto the roof to check out the side of the chimney that wasn't visible. Lathrop Contracting did AND they took pictures to show us the damage on the chimney from the roof. Then, they gave us a few very good options to take care of the problem. After we decided on a plan, they worked fast to get a crew working on the chimney. The crew that was sent was careful and courteous. Because the siding would be too brittle to remove carefully (and cost us money to replace) and the paint wouldn't dry in the colder morning temperatures, the crew worked afternoons and took two extra days on Friday and Saturday to finish the job right. They were careful not to destroy landscaping and clean up any construction waste. All in all, this contractor is the best I have ever dealt with for any project we have had.
