Langford's is Best in ALL areas. I would not let anyone else work on my vehicle body work. I was heart broken over being hit and Greg and team worked a miracle and took great care of me.

It went swimmingly! I have used this business for over 25 years b/c they are professional and their work is impeccable.

Langford's was amazing. Checked in at 8 AM and described problem. Fifteen min later all done. They said it just needed some new clips, that they'd fixed it and that there was no charge for such a small problem. This is not to say in all cases your repairs will be free, but it speaks highly to their honesty and professionalism!!!

They were efficient, got the best price and did the work when they said they would. The repair was very well done.

Great and they fixed the aerodynamic piece under the car and must have put air in the tires because the low pressure light is off! Final cost was less than the estimate.

Estimate was complete and on time. It was to replace front bumper and wheel liner as a result of running over an object. It was a self pay repair instead of insurance. The first estimate was with a factory original bumper and more than I wanted to pay. The after market bumper was lower price and saved about $250. The quoted time was two days. The repair and color are excellent and was done on time. All the employees were very friendly and courteous.

My daughter recently hit a deer traveling home from work. After consulting with our insurance agent and after doing some research of my own, I selected LANGFORD'S COLLISION REPAIR. I'm glad I did. The repair process could not have been easier or higher in quality. Greg Langford and his staff were impeccable. The were professional, kept me informed, and completed the work in the estimated time all while doing a fabulous job with the repairs. The car looks like it did when it came off the Honda lot. It's obvious that Langford's takes great pride in their work.

Dustin and the rest of the guys at Langford's are awesome. They got my car back to me in 24 hours and for significantly less money than I thought. Have used these guys for 20 years. Will never go anywhere else. It's always nerving getting your car worked on but these guys are fair and do a spectacular job. A1 service!

Greg Langford provided outstanding, will-use-him-again service.  He was particularly good at working with our insurance company, State Farm, on our claim involving damage our Flex had sustained to one of its front wheels.  For instance, he gave us a great heads up about keeping an eye out for a possible bearing issue, which did, in fact, materialize a few days after I'd gotten my car back.  Dealing with insurance companies on the supplemental stuff is no fun for anyone, but Greg made the situation better by making us feel taken care of throughout the process.  I even misdiagnosed yet another thing wrong with my car a couple weeks later, at which point Greg was quick to invite me to bring it back in for him to test drive and run some diagnostics.  It all turned out to be something unrelated and I felt a little foolish, but Greg did not really even laugh at me and gave us some sound advice about whether to have it (a transmission issue) addressed.  All in all, Langford's did great work and provided excellent customer service.

This repair went very smoothly from first phone call to pick up.  Everyone at the shop was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable.  The final cost was a few hundred dollars less than the original estimate; once the car was apart the damage was found to be less extensive.

I went to Langford's for an estimate on my car that was hit while I was in Indianapolis.  They gave me an honest estimate and were very professional and straightforward.  I had the repair work completed in my home town but if I had stayed in Indianapolis, I would have used them. Their estimate was within $50 of my final cost.  I would recommend them.

Overall ok, but took 4 weeks to repair instead of 2.  White pearl paint doesn't match very well where it is blended into uncrashed area of car.  Straightened frame worked good, car drives perfectly straight after major front end damage.  Failed to replace windshield while it was in the shop, so they have to send someone to our residence to do that.
They did give me a free rental car the last week since it took much longer than anticipated.

Working with the staff was a great experience. They were very professional, friendly, and flexible. The best part was they were able to get a supplement to my existing insurance payment when they found more damage than my insurance company did in their preliminary inspection. They gave me several options for dent repair including just fixing certain parts of my car. Because I chose to just have the hood repaired I actually walked out of their office with a check in my hand! The result was flawless and the repairs exceeded my expectations.

Last year the 2012 Mazda 3 was damaged in the hail storm that hit the NW corner of the Indianapolis metro area. Langford's had to replace the hood, roof (with moon window in it) and the trunk. The work was excellent and done promptly and on time. About a month after the car was repaired I took it to Mike's car wash. As I was going through the drying area I glanced out the passenger side window and saw the roof trim molding strip taking a flight into Mike's. I went back to Langford's and Dustin Cromer, the repair estimator with whom I had been working, said no problem they would replace it. It took a short time to get a part from Mazda and the molding was replaced. He explained how the molding just snapped into place in the groove in the roof with nothing except the clips to hold it in place.

A little over 1 week ago I notice that the roof trim strip was missing again (after another trip through the car wash). I took it back to Langford's to ask if they could order another one and replace it. Dustin said no problem and that this time they would use some glue to really tack the new molding strip back in place so it would not accidentally come off again.

I took the car in this morning and it was ready in about 30 minutes. I asked Dustin what I owed and he said nothing.

Great work by Langford's, friendly front office and back shop staff who go our of their way to be nice to customers, and they stand behind their work! Most highly recommended body shop.

It went very well. Dustin examined the car in detail. We had previously had the damage assessed by our insurance company and we had received a cash settlement based on its examination. Dustin found substantial additional damage which had not been identified ( and paid for) by the insurance company. Langford performed all work necessary to repair all the hail damage and negotiated with the insurance company an increase in the insurance settlement to cover the additional damage ,with no out-of-pocket cost to us other than the policy deductible. Longford handled the logistics of getting us a loaner car while the repairs were being performed, and delivered the car to us in outstanding condition and clean inside and out.

Went well. I made apt., talked with representative, made appointment to drop off car, they did the work, picked up the car on designated date. No problems. Very precise and professional.

This place had been recommended to me a number of years ago by a friend who had worked with them and had been very happy. I used them about 6 years ago to repair the front end of my car after I had re-ended someone. They did a fantastic job, were very honest, had a great price, worked with my insurance company seamlessly, and had the work done quickly. Last year, my husband slid on the ice and broke part of the drive train on his car. Again, we went back to Langford's and had the same great service: honest, great price (no insurance this time), timely, and great work. I highly recommend them for any bodywork. My friend had her Saturn repaired, I had my Honda Accord repaired, and my husband had his Subaru repaired. They clearly work with all makes and models and do a wonderful job. Although I hope you never need a body shop, but if you do - this is the one to use.
