+ -1 moreThe ramp is beautiful and integrates nicely with the rest of the house. The ADA bathroom works very well for our son. Some of the materials (HVAC unit, carpet, etc.) used were grade B quality (for price), but they have stood up well for over a year.
Description of Work: Renovated a screen porch and bathroom to build an ADA bathroom, bedroom and ramp for our son.

+ -1 moreKeymark (Kurt Schmadeke) replaced our existing bathtub with a walk-in shower which included a seat, grab bars and flexible shower. The toilet was also replaced with an elevated toilet. Kurt and his team were punctual and completed the project to our satisfaction. The contractors did encounter some issues getting the new shower into place, but worked on it until it was completed. As a result, it took one day longer than expected, but only because of unforseen circumstances.
