It was a bad experience. They had to come back and we felt ripped off. We ended up paying for an extra room and was not happy for with that. Should have been more detailed about the deal and we also felt rushed.

The service went very well. I used them a second time for my mother’s house. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to get some tough stains out of the carpet. Two technicians came out and completed the service in a timely manner. I paid an additional fee to have the stairs cleaned as well. They also cleaned a 5X8 rug for free. I had no problem scheduling the deal and they were punctual. They will be the only carpet cleaning company I use from now on.

They did a decent job although not all the stains came up.  They were pet stains, though, so I wasn’t expecting them all to come up.  They were very polite and professional, though.  I’d consider using them again.

It was fine. I was hoping they would focus on door entrances to get out the grey, walked on look. The carpet dried in about 6 hours which I felt was a little long. Compared to Stanley Steamer, the dry time was a little longer. The owner offered to come back anytime over the next 6 months to re-do the areas by the doorways for no charge, but I didn't take him up on that.

I had a big deal purchase with Krystal Clean for carpet cleaning. It went fine. They just did a good job and I have them back.

I would use them again for similar work.  Everything was completed in a timely manor and I was able to walk in rug in 6 - 8 hours.

That was very good.  What stood out to me was the owner himself did the work.  He had pride in his work.  He made sure we were happy before he left.  He really did a good job.  He looked forward into our continuing business.  He did all the right things.  What would you expect from somebody who was a small businessman trying to start a business and he's a small business trying to get the right attitude?  We would happily have him come back again.

I thought since I had purchased the deal they would contact me to set up the appointment but I had to call them. They did a good job but there was one new spot after they cleaned the carpets. One cleaner came out for the work and finished in about an hour. I had the carpets in the basement cleaned.

The service worked out very well. I liked the amount of time they took because it was very quick. They were very nice and good, but I did spend $15 more than the $89 deal.

It went well.  The technician arrived on time and exceeded my expectations.  We will certainly have the folks at Krystal Clean come back time and time again.

This turned out really good. There was a limit on the size of the room, but our rooms are not big enough where it was an issue. The technician did a good, thorough job and got it done quickly. He also assisted with moving furniture. Getting the appointment set up easy as well. He showed up a little late, but he called to let us know. We were satisfied with the service. I just really like that the technician asked if there was any other work needed to be done and did not pressure us into more services that we did not need.

Did a great and very speedy job.  When delayed, called and let me know.  Very satisfied.

I would highly recommend Krystal Clean as the timing was extremely prompt, and the service was great!  Extremely professional service and quiet while I worked at home.  Also, the time it took to clean all of these rooms was very fast and efficient, so again, I am extremely pleased with this service.

It went well.

Sean showed up on time ready to work.  He explained what he was going to do, pre-treated all of the carpet especially where there were obvious stains, then started cleaning.   He was done in a little better than an hour, I wrote him a check, he thanked me kindly and left.   No muss no fuss!!    The carpet looks great and he did it in record time.     I will definitely use him again!
