Appointment went great! I was having issues with my previous doctor with scheduling and called Dr. Krol and was able to schedule an appointment. They are very accommodating and pleasant. He really listens to what you are saying and gives great explanations and reasoning. Very personable and genuine when he is with you. Went in recently to pick up prescription and the staff was very friendly and had ready the next day.

I really like Dr. Krol. He takes the time to talk to me. He's not in a hurry to get me out of there. His staff and Dr. Krol are very nice. He does a good job and that's why I keep going back to him. I found him as a family doctor and that's for sure. Sometimes he's a little behind, but family practice is that way so it's not bad overall. It depends on the days I go. I have no complaints. Some days are a little busier for him.

I absolutely love this office. Every one of the employees is fantastic and Dr. Krol is very patient and kind. He has always provided the best care and as long as I'm living in Indianapolis I will continue to see him.

As always, Dr. Krol is very thorough in reviewing previous reports (cardiac in this case) and determining a direction to go with medication or other treatment. We discussed the possible need for a cardiologist. He indicated there is no immediate need, although it might be a good idea to begin a history with a cardiologist for likely future need. I always have the feeling Dr. Krol is familiar with my medical situation and history, is caring in his manner and is interested in my feelings about treatment directions.

Everything went well.  I've been going to him for about 15 years.

He recommended a medication for my injury.

The following is a summary of my experience with Dr. Krol:
Dr. Krol misdiagnosed me as having irritable bowel syndrome for approximately 5 years. I kept going back to him because I really did not think that IBS was the correct diagnosis, but he continued to insist it was IBS and said there was nothing to be done for it but to change my diet. I continually tried leaving different things out of my diet, but never got any relief. Then earlier this year on yet another trip to Dr. Krol's office he said that some medications had been developed for my condition and gave me a prescription for one of them, along with a pain medication. To my dismay I still got no relief from the agonizing pain, and upon further direction to change my diet I wound up unable to eat anything at all. During one of my supposed IBS attacks my girlfriend insisted that I go to the emergency room. She was suspicious that my gallbladder was to blame for the trouble I was having and even requested that Dr. Krol test for gallstones. Upon arriving at the emergency room, they did an ultrasound of my gallbladder based on the description of my condition over the past 5 years. The ultrasound revealed approximately 13 - 15 gallstones and severe thickening of the gallbladder walls. I needed to have my gallbladder removed immediately. Since I had my gallbladder removed I have not had one single and quot;IBSand quot; attack or symptom. My diet and my life are pretty much back to normal, but that is no thanks to Dr. Krol. I will not be returning to his care.

He has been our family doctor for many years, he is a fantastic doctor, has a great staff and I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Krol is a great family physician. He takes the time to listen and to explain any related health issues. I didn't feel like I was being rushed at all as I have found with other physicians. He was on time with my appointment and his staff was very friendly and helpful.

I know him as knowledgeable, and I had a good experience with him.

We like him. He is good. He listens to our problems without rushing us. It doesn't usually take long to get in when we are sitting in the waiting room.

Dr. Krol is great with the kids. He always remembers them when we come in. He is so friendly and very thorough.
I was disapointed with billing. We have been going to him since my children were born (16 years) and after this appointment we started to receive billing from years past that had not been submitted to the insurance company. We had to jump thru hoops to get our previous insurer to pay for the bills. It was a hassle!

He is incredible. He is a wonderful doctor.

He is very patient-oriented and very personable. He also has a sense of humor. He can get me in his office4 generally the same day I called for something which is that pretty remarkable. He has great nurses and staff. They are always working with him. He is very understanding and very empathetic.

Very well. He is really good. He listens to you and takes real good care of you.

I've been going to him for years. I'm not sure how I got there in the first place. What I like about him is that he is very personable and easy to work with. It's usually very easy to get in to see him when necessary.

I haven't had a primary care doctor for years, and as I get older, I thought it'd be a good idea to have one. Dr. Krol was recommended to me by a good friend of mine, and it's been wonderful being a patient of his. Any time I've seen him, he explains the options/medications without me even having to ask, and I can tell he does what's best for me; not for anybody else or any other reason. I don't see him very often and I know that he's an incredibly busy doctor, but he still remembers little things about me. The only downside is the wait; sometimes I have to wait for an hour to actually get to see him, but I think that's pretty standard with doctors, and I think it's worth the wait. I don't like going to doctors, like most of us, but I'm glad I found such a great doctor like Dr. Krol!

He has a good list on Angie's List. Everybody seems to like him. He is very good and he listens. I will be going to see him this month. He is very professional. He takes his time. He asks me questions and answers the questions I ask. He is very patient. Sometime, I have to wait because he takes his time with his patients.

I like him really well and I would trust him with about anything and I am not a trusting person. He sees a lot of people and sometimes some people take a longer than others.

He is a good doctor, he knows his stuff, and takes care of you right away. The office staff are very nice people. We have been going there 25 years. He and his staff are very convenient to us. I will use them again in the future.

I have been very happy with him. I switched from another doctor to him about three years ago. He is very nice. I can always get in; my objection to the other doctor was that I could never get a hold of him. He is very caring. He had taken care of my husband who had had a stroke, and I was very pleased with the service. The office environment is not the greatest; it is about average. The staff friendliness is fine. His bedside manner is very nice. I would continue to use him in the future.

He is a good listener and very conscientious. He is a good diagnostician.

My family have been going to him for several years. I have always been more than happy with him and his staff. He is very intelligent and personable, and is patient about answering any questions I have. He seems to really care about his patients.
