Description of Work: They rebuilt a fairly large motor that was in pretty bad shape. The work was great, they even repainted it so it looked good too. Price seemed reasonable. Only minor negative is that they didn't call with an estimate like they said they would.

They worked on it all summer. The work was quite complicated. They worked overtime on this. I checked the price back with my son in Pennsylvania and for the work they did, he said it was very fair. So far, it has been working now. It is an old pump. I would get only so many years out of it, but they did get it working and they worked very hard at it. They were there as soon as I needed them. I would use them again if they could do the work.
Description of Work: They repaired the lift station part of the system. It is both, the plumbing and run by electricity.

Description of Work: On a super quick, turn around, Koch helped me save my basement. they repaired my sump pumps so quickly as the storm made a rush job into an emergency.
