I was very impressed with Knauss Properties. I was given a quote and then I said I would follow up in a few months when the weather was better and I was financially able to pay for the service. When I called back the owner remembered our conversation and scheduled the work to be done within 2 weeks. I called the week of the service and was given a 2 day window of when they could start. They called me the morning they were ready to begin. The men were kind and professional. They worked hard and helped me figure out a decoy to add to my chimney to hopefully prevent the woodpeckers from pecking holes. We have had the chimney patched two times previously, but the material used never worked. They explained the material they were using and the process before even starting the job. They inspected the chimney for cracks and damages and did not find any. I was impressed from my first phone call to the final email they sent me asking me if I was pleased with the job. We would highly recommend their services.

This company did a fantastic job power washing our entire house.  Our house had been empty for almost four years before we moved in and really needed a good cleaning.  The house is three stories with a large wrap-around front porch, elevated decks in the back and concrete walkways.  Knauss Property Services cleaned everything from top to bottom and the house looks brand new!!  We could not be happier and will definitely use them again.

My neighborhood association has used Knauss Property Services in the past for the identical jobs.  Mr. Knauss gave us an estimate in a very timely fashion and had his crew scheduled to come out the same week we called to ok the estimate.  His crews had to truck in hot water to perform the power washing.  They did a great job and we are very happy. 

Went well - they returned as promised to redo a few areas.   They were very good.

This was a great experience start to finish.  Ralph is very professional; his team showed up on time and did a wonderful job.

Pretty easy process. I would recommend this company and I intend to use him in the future.

Very good....some areas were deeper penetration that anticipated but they were careful not to damage adjacent brick work, carefully pro\tected the wood front door, were very courteous and professional and did an excellent clean-up job. The work took only 3-4 hours to complete. The necessary tuck pointing is being done by another contractor.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. MIKE IS THE BROTHER OF CONTRACTOR AND WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY NEAT. HE COVERED EVERYTHING AND MADE SURE THE PAINT WENT WERE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO GO.

THEY WERE CAREFUL WHEN DOING THE WORK. DIDN'T HURT LANDSCAPE. DID A VERY GOOD JOB.
