Kevin gave me a quote for doing a wall next to the staircase going down to the basement of one of my rental properties. His quote was a lot more reasonable than the three other contractors that showed up. Some were even double. Kevin and his crew left the job site looking spotless and the work he did was beyond perfect. I want to thank Kevin and his crew for the professional work they did.

Kevin (KH Masonry business owner) and his crew did an excellent job tuck-pointing and repairing all of the masonry joints, along with recapping the chimney on our 1955 Bedford stone home. The masonry joint color match was perfect and their workmanship was second to none. All of my special requests were granted (filled holes from past remodeling, resetting stone sills, etc). All work was timely done and their cleanup was thoroughly completed. For the work they did, the cost was very reasonable. Kevin was extremely polite and respectful. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Kevin is a good person, he is so professional, perfect on time. We hired him to fix our garage wall, we called him and within few hours he came to our home and gave us an estimate with a great value and finished the job within 2 days as he said. I recommend him for anyone.

Kevin came out to quote a chimney rebuild project for me. He was very knowledgeable and timely. Unfortunately, he stopped responding to me all together prior to submitting the quote. I would invite him to quote projects again in the future.

KM Home Improvements did tuck pointing work for us on a new addition room foundation. While here they also graciously did some cement grout work for us on our brick fireplace. They were professional and really nice. The work looks great and we are pleased with their service. We would hire them again!

I cost compared several bids, and KM was the best value for the money...plus everyone was super friendly and genuinely nice. I will definitely be using them for any future masonry needs!

On time and great clean up after project

Kevin was an absolute joy to work with on our brick repair/replacement. He and his crew did an outstanding job. Kevin sent me daily texts with the work plans for the day and stuck to the plan. He was very professional and we were very happy with the end result. I would recommend him 100%.

We couldn't be happier. They are Certified for Liability which was mandatory for us. We had some chimney/fireplace work that needed to be repaired that was found during an appraisal. Not only was their communication exceptional but so were their prices and the quality of work and their promptness to complete the job on time. We were so happy that we had a bathroom repair that also needed to be done, per the appraisal, and they also quoted a price and later initiated to lower it after reviewing their initial quote. They will provide before and after pictures of all work done. We will be hiring them again to quote any work we would need done on our current home.

Kevin was very professional. He took picture from start to finish. I wasn't there when he got finish but he sent me the finish product and I was most satisfied. I would hire him again! He was very clean and he got done one day ahead of schedule! I really did appreciate that!

Kevin and team responded quickly and assessed the masonry issue before providing options as to how to best resolve our chimney leaks. He was upfront as to how long the job would take and the cost and shared photos along the way.
