Furniture - Sales
Salesman Mike was great has since left the store. Bought furniture and bench to table broke a week and a half in. No one was sitting on it, it collapsed. Traded it for chairs which was a new charge to credit card that wasn't part of original same as cash deal, that wasn't communicated. Called the store about issues with he bench and manager was very rude and disrespectful before directing me to customer service. The only reason I gave them a D and not F was the great salesperson Mike.
