As soon as we signed for the work to begin it became very difficult to work with this team. We basically had to call of their suppliers to work out delivery times and installation times. We then had to call Kitchen Masters to let them know of the status. The quality of the work was also horrible. We had to have the kitchen counter-tops replaced twice due to scratches. Again, Kitchen Masters had no part in helping with this process. Their lady who was responsible for scheduling was extremely rude. She told us we should be grateful they were sending out their install team for free to uninstall and reinstall the sink for all of the counter-top issues. We complained several times to their install team and never heard one word from the front office team. They were very nice and always available prior to starting the project. I would not go back to this business.

They were great. The work was done by a subcontractor for Kitchens By Design. We worked with Nancy Stanley. It was very expensive but for what they did, it was okay. Nancy Stanley and her crew were wonderful to deal with. They came up with wonderful ideas for the improvement. The subcontractors were great and practically leaved here for four months. They were easy to work with and cleaned after themselves. They did what we wanted and added in things when it was appropriate. They told us when there were things that needed to be corrected. It was a love fest all around. I would recommend them to anybody. Seven years ago, they redid our kitchen and redid part of the rest of the house too.

The project started on August 12, 2012. A demolition crew arrived to completely strip the entire kitchen, cabinets, appliances, and vinyl flooring and underlayment, and it was completed the next day. After that, the contractors arrived as scheduled to do the electrical, plumbing, and drywall work. The custom cabinets arrived and were stored in our attached garage. Next the floor was prepped and the new tile was installed, followed by cabinet installation.
The granite countertops were measured and ordered, while the electrical work was completed. Countertops installed, then finish plumbing was done, appliances installed, and backspash tile installed and grouted as the final step.
There were a few minor issues with the cabinets. There was some refinishing required, which was taken care of superbly by a very talented finish painter. The wood trim panel for the dishwasher was cut the wrong width and had to be reordered. There were no major problems, and minor ones were dealt with swiftly and efficiently by Lisa and the contractors.
We were provided a work schedule by Lisa, who coordinated the project. Everything on the schedule went off like clockwork. Every contractor arrived at the scheduled time, every day. There was never a day that the schedule was missed, or someone failed to show up. There were a couple of minor delays when a component failed to arrive on time, but it did not delay the project. There were a few extra days built into the schedule, which really weren't needed.
We had dreaded the thought of a remodel, but it was less disruptive than we had anticipated. Every one of the staff and contractors were extremely professional and respectful. They all went out of their way to make sure they were doing the job to our satisfaction.

Great designers. Very professional. Cabinets are very high quality and I love the results. We did have a few cabinets that were not correct which took and extra three weeks for delivery, but it was all taken care of.

We went to their showroom to pick things out which was nice. Later on we did have a problem with the cabinets, but they took care of it immediately. I also had one problem with my sink. I wanted it undermounted, but it wasn't and they offered to correct it, but I declined since it would take a lot of work. Other than that it went well though.

They came up with a fabulous design. I called them up and they came out. They measured and took pictures. They came back with a design that we liked. We loved their work and they gave us a quality product. We spend way too much time sitting in our kitchen now. They were great to work with.

This was actually a horrible experience. They dropped the ball on the whole project. This was supposed to be a $3,000 job, but they didn't do anything else they were supposed to. They did not pick out tile on time, the lighting, nothing. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. So we had to take back all of the responsibilities, and they only ended up doing the initial design.

Designer did not measure several items correctly which resulted in longer wait for things to be redone.

Overpriced and poor follow through.
