KIND SOLUTIONS

I have used Kind Solutions in the past and been very satisfied.  Contacted Kevin via email and he called the next day as requested.  Because of a cancellation, he was able to schedule an appointment for the next day.  He was here about an hour, connected me to my printer and checked my computer and removed the automatic start of a number of programs.  He indicated that I was almost at my memory capacity and that was slowing down my computer.  He recommended that I purchase more memory and checked the capacity of my computer and helped me order the additional memory.

I called Kevin for our problem. He was able to come out the next day. He worked on the computer for about an hour. He tried solving the problem within the computer and was not able to do so. He was able to fix it by installing a cable from the printer to the computer. Since this was not his prime choice of a fix, he gave us a 20% discount. He also updated our software to get the computer running in optimal condition. Very friendly, very professional, very reasonable. We will definitely be calling him again!

Good job. Kevin is very patient and did a good job getting us back up and operational. Also was able to retrieve some of the information from the crashed computer and suggested ways to configure our system to back everything up. Overall good service. I've recommended him to several friends.

He was very efficient and very knowledgeable. At the time I called, he didn't respond quickly because he was in the middle of a move. It was two or three days before he got back to me, but I knew he would because he has done business for me before. He was very professional and polite.

Great! Daniel from Kind Solutions came out, worked on setup for two hours, suggested we add more memory. Ordered more memory and came back to install it as agreed.

We're perfectly happy with them and have no complaints. I have complete confidence in them and just turn everything over to them. We have multiple computers that we work on that include our business computers. We just call them whenever we have a problem. They work quickly and efficiently and their prices are reasonable. I always appreciate all of the advice that he gives me. We will continue to use them as we have them come out on a regular basis.

Kevin is familiar with our network, so we asked him to get it back up and running. He determined that the digital voice had been installed incorrectly, contacted our cable company to get the correct information, and fixed the router and installation so that all was working. He then reinstalled our network with the new router and all is working. Kevin was able to get to our work within a few days after we called him, even though he is extremely busy. He is worth the wait!

They show up when they say they will and call if there is any problem. They are always professional and knowledgeable about computer systems. I have used him several times and he has always solved my issues.

There work is very satisfactory and very punctual.

Kevin was here within 2 days of my call and was efficient and very polite. When he was done he left his business card for me and said to call him if I ever had any computer questions. I would certainly call him in the future for info or repair.

I needed to learn how to scan documents at for use at work. I also learned how to back-up documents.

He took care of two home computers. He was a little late arriving which complicated things a little, but the work did get done.

Kevin came to my house, was on time, and very nice. He took my computer to rebuild it. Just two days later, I had it back, and it is faster than ever. I no longer have computer problems and also I feel like I gained a lot knowledge about how to care for my computer. Paying 175.00 for a great computer is a lot less than having to buy a new one.

I have used Kind Solutions in the past and been very pleased with their service. But the tech who came this time was not very good. I am not sure what he did- he was here for over 4 hours (only charged me for 2 hours time, because he said he messed some stuff up). He took one of my computers with him to the shop for further diagnostic testing, then called with an estimate of what it would cost for him to re-install Windows. Since I had the original operating disks, I opted to install Windows myself and it worked fine. So, pretty much I paid $120 for him to tell me to reinstall Windows. As I said, I have used this company before and was very pleased. Maybe this particular tech was not as knowledgeable as the previous one who came over.

Daniel ran about 10 minutes late, but called to let us know. He was willing to explain what he was doing and why. He offered to answer any questions that might come up. I would call Kind Solutions again and ask for Daniel. (I filed an earlier report giving Kind Solutions a poor grade because two of my calls were not returned. Daniel called after that and set up an appointment.)

We have used Kevin before to hook up our wireless system, recover data off of a damaged hard drive, and to do some general computer maintenance. Again he was great to work with and got the job done. Highly recommend him.

Keven was efficient in getting to work immediately. He made sure that all work that was requested was accomplished to my satisfaction. I thought his charges were fair for the work that was done. He called when he was running late or had to reschedule my appointment. (It is difficult, in his line of work, to know how long it will take to finish a job. It is best for the customer to know exactly what service needs to be done and make a list of all jobs to accomplish and questions to be answered.) Keven was polite, courteous and neat. I would certainly recommend him and use his services again.
