I have kept my car in perfect condition since I purchased it in 2005. I priced the project at the dealership and then I asked around and was told to check out Kent's. I called and was impressed immediately with their professionalism, the price quoted on the spot (allowed me to come in to ensure they had the color to match.) It was done the same day I dropped it off (within a week of my initial call.) It looks perfectly new- not only new fabric, but the thin padding as well. I am very impressed with every aspect of my experience with Kent's and will use them for every other service they provide. Highly recommended!

The work was performed while I waited on two separate days. The headliner looks outstanding and the window operated flawlessly. I wish I had found this shop sooner.

They rebuilt the seat while I watched. Better results than another, bigger shop before.

We discussed how to do the job and I watched while he did it. They are quite flexible and do fine work. The car is now more comfortable to drive on a long trip.

Scheduled an appointment about a week in advance. Dropped off the vehicle at 8am the day of the appointment, they called around noon or maybe a little later informing that they are done and everything went well. I picked up the Jeep after hours as I was at work. I was blown away on the work they did. The interior of the vehicle looked amazing. I love it. It looks better than factory. They matched the fabric perfectly. They did not crack or brake any of the interior panels. They did a terrific job. I recommend Kevin and his team to everyone with any Upholstery needs.

Dropped the car off the night before after agreeing to a great fair price. Kevin called when it was done. Great value, great product, 100% better than factory. Matched the color perfectly. I recommend them to any and everyone. I have an appointment to use them on another car very soon.

We agreed on a set day to bring car in to his shop. He said it would be 1 - 2 days turnaround time. Indeed, it was ready 2 days later. Job was beautiful. He discovered a few extra labor items along the way, but did not charge me. I offered to pay whatever time it took him, but he stuck to his estimate. He was more than fair. I plan to use him again.

Outstanding work! The replacement seat cover looked like new and was indistinguishable from the original. The work was exquisite. The driver seat is a complex seat containing electronics, airbags and mechanical components. An erroneous and dis-assembly could have created problems with the electronic controllers and other safety components of the car; but the removal and replacement was flawless and the car started up without any error indicators or other inconveniences such as radio failure. The job was flawless, high quality, fast and reasonable. The car was returned to me in 6 hours completely repaired. These guys are wizards.

I had a nice experience with Kent Upholstery. They explained the process, helped me select the best leather and look, and then proceeded to recover my existing seat exactly in the time frame they committed to. My motorcycle seat looks great.

They did great! They performed numerous repairs on our car - many of them small cosmetic ones as well as re-laying the dashboard down - it had curled up in the heat from the sun. They spent a lot of time finding parts and when they couldn't - they were creative in solving our problems (water was leaking into the car and they found the source and solved the problem!).

The price was fair. The owner, Kevin Kent, is very, very knowledgeable and tells what you exactly what he thinks it's going to be. His estimates are accurate. His work is first class and he's honest.

After finding Kent Auto Upholstery on Angie's List, I took my Aspen in to receive an estimate, and see what could be done to repair a crack/split in the drivers seat cushion. Owner Kevin Kent, recognized the problem immediately, and was aware that this was becoming a problem on Chrysler products, due to their use of a problem vinyl imported from Viet Nam. He explained that they would need to remove the seat, and then cut along the seam that attached the vinyl section to the center leather section...reform the underlying foam padding and replace the damaged section of vinyl with a matching higher quality product. He showed me samples of the new vinyl, which we put side by side with an existing piece, so that I was comfortable with the match. He then provided me with an estimate, which to my pleasure, was only $142 for labor and materials. I was told that if I would bring the car in by 8:00am, he would call me around 1:00-1:30 on the same day to let me know that it was ready. I made an appointment for a couple of days later, and that is exactly what happened with him calling me at 1:00. They did an excellent job , and I would challenge anyone to be able to tell that it had ever been worked on. Kevin has been in business for 20+ years, and had actually begun working on car interiors when he was a teenager, working for his father who owned a company that many older readers may remember around Indianapolis called Seat Cover Charlie's. This was just an outstanding experience from beginning to end, and I would recommend Kevin, and his company, very highly for any type of auto or boat interior work.

Stopped by shop to get quote for repair, they did repair without charge, inspected suggest pointed out trouble spots and recommend I replace top when I could. Gave me tour of shop to see work in progress as well as finished products. Then gave me quotes for complete job. Very Friendly service. I will definitely use them in future and would highly recommend their services.

My experience with them was great. They did a super job and the car looks wonderful. The headlights are also working again.

Kevin (the owner) gave us an estimate which is exactly what we ended up paying. Had to wait about a week or two to get the top replaced, but it looks great. His prices are the best as is his quality of work. Very enjoyable to work with.

Kevin was great to work with. He explained clearly the different options of leather and vinyl. He did not try to sell something we did not want. The work was completed as promised and we were thrilled with the results. We had another auto upholstery firm give us and estimate, and it was apparent that the other dealer did not want to work with leather. The estimate was about $2,000, more than double Kent's price.
