They did a great job, showed up on time and finished when they said they would be done.

The work product was good and at a low price. They were consistently 15-30 minutes late for appointments. They were receptive to feedback and did their best to deliver a quality product for the price quoted.

Kenny was extremely professional, punctual and did exactly what he said he would, when he said he would. The results are great and we will definitely use him again. We also thought the price was reasonable.

I would not refer him to anyone. When I called to tell him I was unhappy the day after he finished the job, he started yelling at me. He yelled that he always does what he says he is going to do. I reminded him that he did not do any of the sanding that was in the contract. He informed me that if I wanted that or anything else done to the deck I would have to pay him more. He charged me $1100 to power wash, check the screws and seal a 232 sq. ft. deck. I was surprised because of his reviews on Angie's List, but I feel like I was taken. I have included pictures that were taken the day of the job was "completed."

Kenny was prompt , personable, and professional. I called yesterday to have him give a quote on landscaping services and advice. Last night (after I had already made arrangements to meet) a huge limb broke off our tree during a storm. He arrived in the morning to discuss services. He shared ideas of what he could do and charge. He also shared ideas of things we could do ourselves. He also shared ideas of things I wondered about planting, and he said he didn't think it necessary if we were trying to save on money. After our talk he said he could be back in about 1 1/2 hours to take care of the broken limb and the other items we wanted done that very same day. I figured we would have to wait until next week. He was super helpful. It was excellent! I would definitely use his services again.

He explained the way he was going to fix the leak. I worked in maintenance for a long time and I knew that it would not work the way that he told me he was going to fix it, so I told him that it would not work that way. While he was working, he sent me to the store to pick up some material. By the time I came back, he was finished and it was filled in, so I couldn't see the work. Had I seen what he was doing, I would have told him that it would not work that way. At this point, the leak in the basement is much worse than it was before he "fixed" it. The leak from the top is no longer there, but now it is leaking through the floor. He told me that he was listed with Angie's List and was proud of his listing and made it look like he knew what he was doing. He misrepresented himself.

I have been using his services for about twelve years. Kenny is the owner and operator and is a great guy! His son is also a landscaper and Kenny might call him in from time to time to help out with larger jobs. He always calls before he arrives and then comes on time. If there is ever a problem, he will call to let you know. I have recommended him to my neighbors and would recommend to him to anyone.

Kenny came out a day after my call and gave us his proposal and estimate. We agreed and he did the work the following week. It was done cleanly, professionally and promptly. And, it looks good!

Very well, they were in and out in a few hours. Cleanup was awesome. When he stopped back by on my lunch hour to pick up payment I had him quote me for redoing the area where the bushes were removed.... He will be back next week to remove and level dirt and plant grass seed.

He did a really good job. He did it all well, he was just overpriced. People told us that it could have cost a $1000 less. I would use them again if the price was better.

I am happy with Kenny Albers Landscaping. I told him what stone I wanted and he invited me to go take a look at his home, because he had the same stone. He was knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. That's why I hired him. I checked with a couple of others, and for what he's doing, he had the best price. I choose him because it seemed like he had the most knowledge for the price. I found somebody cheaper and someone higher, but for his knowledge and the work that he does, I thought he was the best choice.

Kenny did a great job. Very affordable for the work that I had done. Work performed when promised and cleaned up after work was done. Kenny also provided some referrals for other work that I wanted to have done. I would hire Kenny again.

It went great! On time, under price quoted, and very fast service with great clean up afterward.

Mr. Albers went over to my house within a hour of my calling him, then called me from my own yard and told me what needed to be done. He trimmed the tree nicely, took away the branches and sprayed the tree with something to banish the carpenter ants. This has nearly solved my ant problem (the bugman took care of the rest). He has even checked in afterwards to see how everything is, and to suggest possible future services. His services are pricey but my experience with him has been exceptional and I would have complete trust that he would earn his prices.

I thought he was a wonderful man but I didn?t like his price. He is an established landscape contractor and I could tell that he wasn?t going to come down, so there was no point in going any further with that. He gave me the quote on the spot and he gave it to me on paper. I'm sure he does wonderful work, but he was too expensive for my pocketbook.

It went very, very well. Service was fast, as requested, and a good value. The gentlemen were very courteous.

The follow up went pretty well. He seemed to straigten those problems that we had.

Available to do the work immediately. This was what I wanted. Kept in touch ongoing with progress. Overall, the appearance was exactly as I wanted. Looks lovely. But, within a short time weeds began to appear through gthe river rock. The landscaping was suppose to be totally lined with black plastic so weeds would not grow through it and through the river rock. Upon checking the areas, the black plastic was missing in some areas. As this happened, they were back out to fix the problem. I did not expect this to happen. At this time, I just pull or spray the weeds as they appear. It is too much trouble to call every time new weeds appear. The work looked great. And I would use them again, however, I would be there 100% of the time making sure what was contracted was actually done. Once the river rock was in place, it was impossible to see if the black plastic was there. When weeds appeared in a few places in the middle of the landscaping, I pushed aside the river rock only to find there was no plastic in the area. This was very important to me and I explained this upfront. Disappointed this became an issue. For the $7500.00 price, very disappointing a few dollars for the cost of plastic caused my dissatisfaction. They must have run out of the plastic and just placed the river rock anyway. They did advise they would come and spray weeds if I wanted but I do it myself. This in an inconvenience. I recommend this company because the work looks great, but make sure you are present to oversee that everything contracted is done.

They did a great job. They were well priced. They arrived on time for the job and they were easy to work with. They were polite and it was great value for the work performed.

Overall it was a very positive experience. Last year we built a new garage, a major undertaking. That left a good section of the back yard in need of reseeding, replanting, etc. Albers built retaining walls for us along our driveway and in back around a small area that we are going to put a deck on top of. Trees were planted to replace ugly shrubs and ground cover which was killing off the grass. We wanted 'low maintenance' landscape with rocks etc. The result was beautiful and are very pleased. Albers is not the lowest in price. I will admit his price is toward the high side; however, it is a family company which we appreciated and we were concerned that no illegal immigrants would be hired or used by him as we do not believe in hiring people who are not in this country legally. He gave us that total assurance that he never engaged in that hiring practice. Therefore we knew, going in, that we would be paying top dollar. However, the end product, a beautifully redone front and back lawns/yard/landscaping, etc., was well worth what we paid for it. He repeatedly wanted to be sure we were satisfied and if there was something not 'right' he would immediately seek to rectify and misunderstanding or omission. Fortunately for us, there was none. We would highly recommend this company and use him again for future projects.
