They did a great job, showed up on time and finished when they said they would be done.

The work product was good and at a low price. They were consistently 15-30 minutes late for appointments. They were receptive to feedback and did their best to deliver a quality product for the price quoted.

Kenny was extremely professional, punctual and did exactly what he said he would, when he said he would.  The results are great and we will definitely use him again.  We also thought the price was reasonable.

I would not refer him to anyone. When I called  to tell him I was unhappy the day after he finished the job, he started yelling at me. He yelled that he always does what he says he is going to do. I reminded him that he did not do any of the sanding that was in the contract. He informed me that if I wanted that or anything else done to the deck I would have to pay him more. He charged me $1100 to power wash, check the screws and seal a 232 sq. ft. deck. I was surprised because of his reviews on Angie's List, but I feel like I was taken. I have included pictures that were taken the day of the job was "completed."

It went great, very great!!

Kenny was prompt , personable, and professional.  I called yesterday to have him give a quote on landscaping services and advice.  Last night (after I had already made arrangements to meet) a huge limb broke off our tree during a storm.  He arrived in the morning to discuss services.  He shared ideas of what he could do and charge.  He also shared ideas of things we could do ourselves.  He also shared ideas of things I wondered about planting, and he said he didn't think it necessary if we were trying to save on money.  After our talk he said he could be back in about 1 1/2 hours to take care of the broken limb and the other items we wanted done that very same day.  I figured we would have to wait until next week.  He was super helpful.  It was excellent!  I would definitely use his services again.

He explained the way he was going to fix the leak. I worked in maintenance for a long time and I knew that it would not work the way that he told me he was going to fix it, so I told him that it would not work that way. While he was working, he sent me to the store to pick up some material. By the time I came back, he was finished and it was filled in, so I couldn't see the work. Had I seen what he was doing, I would have told him that it would not work that way. At this point, the leak in the basement is much worse than it was before he "fixed" it. The leak from the top is no longer there, but now it is leaking through the floor. He told me that he was listed with Angie's List and was proud of his listing and made it look like he knew what he was doing. He misrepresented himself.

I have been using his services for about twelve years. Kenny is the owner and operator and is a great guy! His son is also a landscaper and Kenny might call him in from time to time to help out with larger jobs. He always calls before he arrives and then comes on time. If there is ever a problem, he will call to let you know. I have recommended him to my neighbors and would recommend to him to anyone.

Very well, they were in and out in a few hours.  Cleanup was awesome.  When he stopped back by on my lunch hour to pick up payment I had him quote me for redoing the area where the bushes were removed.... He will be back next week to remove and level dirt and plant grass seed.

He did a really good job. He did it all well, he was just overpriced. People told us that it could have cost a $1000 less. I would use them again if the price was better.
