Kelly provided an above and beyond effort to sell our house and help us find a new home. Our house was located in an area where the market was not very active, but he got it sold months sooner than what we expected and for the price we wanted. He then took extra time out of his schedule to help us locate a great new home in the area we wanted. The icing on the cake was that he provided all the services of moving our belongings. He is a game changer when it comes to the real estate experience!

I had worked with Kelly on and off for years. When the time came to buy a house he was the first one I called. I knew that Kelly would help me negotiate the best price and the concessions from the seller we needed to close. He was incredibly patient as we viewed over a dozen properties over the course of a few months. Once we decided on the house Kelly pushed us to closing in record time with late evening phone calls, weekend meetings, whatever it took to get us into our house. Once we got through closing his movers had us moved from our old house and new house in less than 4hrs. It was great experience.

Kelly Johnson and his wife Cher are very professional, capable real estate agents. They provided a detailed analysis of our property and were upfront and honest with their appraisal of it. They listened to me and helped me with my concerns.  They kept in touch throughout the whole process. They provided help with finding the next property by sending listings to me via email that met my criteria along with physical showings of properties. They look out for your best interests, and move you for free once you sell. I would not hesitate to call on them again for real estate services.

We couldn't be happier with the services Kelly and his team provided us.  We were first time home buyers and didn't have a clue where to begin.  We hadn't looked at any houses, really didn't know what we could afford, and didn't have any contact with a lender.  Well Kelly basically said look no further we will take care of you.  He and his team were at every viewing we went to and man there were a lot.  They set us up with a lender and explained in detail everything we should know when meeting with the lender.  They took care of all the contracts during negotiations and offered their advice when we put in our offer and counter offers keeping our budget in mind.  Then to wrap it all up they had their own moving team move our stuff from 2 different locations to our new home.  They really do offer the full package and exceptional service all while putting your wants and needs first.

We fell in love with the first house we saw, but as a first time buyer Kelly made sure that we knew what else was out there before jumping right on it.  He made sure to find the price range, area, and style of home that we were looking for.  He set up for us to see some other similar homes, just to make sure we knew exactly what we wanted and that made me feel even more comfortable about choosing a home.  After looking through some of the other homes we decided on the right one for us and Kelly was there every step of the way.  
Throughout the whole process Kelly was always there to answer any questions or concerns that I had as a new home buyer.  He made sure to follow up and check in on me on a regular basis even when things were going slow with the mortgage company.  I couldn't be happier with the service that Kelly provided and always being available whenever I needed anything.  Kelly is all around a great guy and I don't think I could have found a better realtor.   
Oh yeah, and did I mention he is moving us for FREE??
